"Hm, yes," Sonnie pondered the situation thoughtfully. Well, she looked like she was pondering. She'd already made up her mind and was just putting on an act to buy time. "We must venture out into the cruel, dark night in search of gravy fries. But, first drinks. FRANK!" She called out has she approached the bar. "Drink us!"

That probably sounded better in her head.

Regardless, Frank the Bartender made up something random for the Spring Queen, because she liked to be surprised, and then looked towards Mina to see what she wanted.

"Well, my mother was a Rockette and my father was Mikhail Baryshnikov." More dated references. The girl was practically an episode of Mystery Science Theater 3000. "Right, right. You're into ballet. How's the teaching going?" Hey, she remembered stuff about Mina!

"The answer to bacon is more bacon. It's simple math."

[Mina]

The back of one her hands was placed against her forehead, “Oh whatever will we do! Will we survive?” trying to be dramatic, but smirking the whole time. An actress she was not. Giggling, “Yes! More drinks!”

While Sonnie liked to be surprised, Mina didn’t, and ordered a chocolate martini. Seemed she was in a martini mood tonight.

Nodding, “You know, that explains it!” playing along. “Yup, whole different move set, but you would think I would be a bit better.” Laughing, “It’s going, pays the bills and gives me free access to a dance studio after hours to dance in. Hope to find something else to do, just not sure what yet.” Keep dancing, but have another career. “And you? You teach as well, that still going well?”

This nod was more sage, “One can never have too much bacon.”

Sonnie laughed at Mina's antics, clapping her hands before being handed her mystery drink from Frank. "Heaven forbid!"

Mina got her chocolate martini! Perfection! Frank is good at his job.

The Steepscrambler sipped... whatever it was she had. Something pink? She didn't seem to care. She sipped it and nodded to the Elemental, "That's cool! I'm glad you've gotten settled in. And things are going pretty normal for me. The dojo is dojoing." Sonnie did a high kick to emphasize, flashing her skirt up briefly. "Hi-ya!" At least she didn't send her shoe flying across the club.

"There's no such thing as too much bacon. I don't even know that that means. That's not English!"

[Mina]

Taking a sip of her martini, “Oh, perfect! Whoever thought of mixing chocolate and alcohol needs to win an award.” Because it was amazing. At the kick and the brief flash, the Manikin fans herself then grabs her nonexistent pearls, “My heavens! Not very ladylike!” laughing, “But sweet kick.” Cause, well, it was. Bonus points for keeping the show on!

“Right?! It’s not only not English, it’s not human! Like, not right.” A sad shake of her head. “I imagine it must be a sad existence for those who don’t enjoy bacon.”

"I've been called many things: Silly. Weird. Hot Chick. Hey You, Put That Down. But Ladylike is not one of them!" Sonnie nodded. Was she proud of that? Perhaps. Beasts weren't exactly the most well-mannered of Lost.

Frank the Bartender wordlessly nodded at the compliment to his work. He took pride in his skills.

"Thanks," the Monkey Girl replied, "I can break boards."

"Truly, bacon is a gift from the heavens. I hear the ancient Greek gods ate it. It was..." she stopped and almost slammed her drink on the bar in frustration. "Dammit! I can't take it, anymore! I need bacon! Now!"

The Queen demands bacon!

[Mina]

“Ok, I can agree with hot chick! You are most certainly that!” a nod, “Weird? No way!” hand waving it away. Then laughing, “I don’t think I would want to be called lady like either. Isn’t that like, all prim and proper?” making a disgusting face, “Nah, I’m good. Like, I can act that way if I have to, but I’d rather have fun.” And just, be herself.

Eyes widen, “Wait! You can?! No way!” clearly impressed to hear this! “You have to show me sometime!” that was too cool!

“It really must be. A special treat that they decided they had to share with us.” Taking another sip. “No,” holding a free hand out, “we must wait and finish our drinks. For these were well prepared and must be enjoyed. The bacon will be savored, but once the thirst is sated.”

"Ladylike is like that, yeah!" She noddled. "All proper Bri'ish manners and elegance, right?" Sonnie smiled. If Beasts and Elementals shared one thing in common, it was a general distaste for fine manners. What need would you have for that sort of thing when you're a wild animal or an inorganic object? Exceptions existed, of course, but Sonnie wasn't one of them.

"Awww, thanks but boards are easy." She took of a sip of her pink mystery drink, "Now cinder blocks, those are the challenge! Someday, dude! Someday Imma smash one!" She did an air punch!

"Oh, did I tell you Jasper is back in town? Wait, did you ever meet him?" He wasn't at the last Spring Coronation. "Anyway, he's part of our little club and he just came back to Sac Town! Maybe you'll meet him soon!"

The Vernal Queen gasped in shock! "Well, in that case..." She downed the rest of her drink in one gulp. "Ahh! Refreshing. Okay, bacon me!"
