A note from the Reeve makes her way into Otto's postbox in Elysium.

'Greetings, Padre !

I'm mostly writing to let you know about two things. One, I'd like a preliminary report about how things have been in that matter you're investigating for me. Second, I'd like to ask if there's any other activities worth looking into or being looked into that you have heard about. Keep your ears open, would you ? Apart from that, how are things in the domain, getting good ground with Moore House and the whole yadda yadda ?

It did not take long for Otto to pen a reply to the Reeve, leaving the letter to the custody of Elysium staff. It reads as follows:

"Reeve Kingsley,

I am at your disposal with regards to the ongoing investigation. I can report to your office, speak over the phone, reduce my findings to writing, or any other method you would prefer. To your second point, though I had hoped to resolve the matter on my own, I must report that it appears that a local park is haunted. Because there are kine interested in the matter, I had intended to dispel whatever spirit was present and make sure that their stories of what happened were Masquerade-friendly. To that end I even enlisted the aid of other members of the Domain. Unfortunately, despite some limited success, the matter is dragging out longer than I anticipated. I was planning to reach out to Domain leadership if the matter continued so this is as good of a time as any. I can provide you with a more detailed recounting of events, just as with my investigative report, at your request.

I appreciate your well-wishes regarding the holiday. The 40 Days are hardly 'happy', but they are an important opportunity for spiritual reflection. I am making preparations for the fast and subsequent feast. That includes plans to formally begin holding Midnight Mass at Moore House. I understand that not many prominent figures in the Domain are devoutly spiritual, but if you are interested then the Sanctum would be pleased to host you.
