Letter to the Harpy

A letter is delivered to Ishani by Kalos. As is customary, the letter is typed in an elegant font with the only handwritting being Twist's signature.

Harpy Naetesh,

Would you please do me and my covenant the honor of announcing the January Court date? It is to be held on Wednesday the 27th of January, 2010. The location is Curtis Park, 3349 W Curtis Dr Sacramento California 95818. Attire is formal with a restriction that no one wear yellow or gold.

Ishani reads the letter and smiles at the request. Pulling out her pen and a very nice piece of stationary imprinted with pink roses and smelling faintly of rose oil, Ishani writes a response in her own flowing script, forgoing the impersonal touch of a typed letter.:

I would be more then happy to announce the date of the next Court. I will include the location and formal attire restrictions. I do have a question born of my own curiosity, why no yellow and gold?

Twist read the letter, her eyes visually tracing the curves of the ink on the paper, and she momentarily regretted the need to send the reply with typed words. Even though the font was beautiful that she used, it was no match for a person's script.

You have mine and my covenants gratitude.

The colors of yellow and gold are to be worn by Asa. I think it will be most fitting in our theme of the heavens for only he to be the one in the colors of the sun. Don't you agree?
