She glances at the number on the caller ID as it pops up. At the same time as her finger moves to answer the call, her left eyebrow raises in curiosity.
"What's up girl, where you been?"

She had never really sat down and gotten to know Nous, so she wasn’t sure if her greeting was good or not. But she decides to go with idea that it was positive,
“Not a whole lot, just got back into town and was hoping to touch base with you and explain where I’ve been and all that.” She says.

She knew that Faye had taken off. It happens from time to time with mages. These things happen. The only thing that really matters is why people run off to take care of things.
"Sure. You want to meet for a drink or coffee or tacos or something? There's a taco truck that I like to stop at and we could meet there?"

“Sure! Tacos actually sound great!” she agreed, “What time works best for you?” she asks.

"How about happy hour? It always works for a nice early dinner or really late lunch. I'll bring the Pacifico and lime."
She also rattles off the address where the taco truck parks. It's in an office park on the north end of the city.
