Catherine felt the direct pressure lighten up on her small form, her eyes were wild as she noticed the Kine a far while off. She licked her lips before throwing herself closer to Dillon again. The Rage flowing through her with a growl.
Her teeth and fangs closed with a snap only a few inches from the form of the Reeve as her arms were pulled to their extreme.

The jogger tugging on her friend's arm is clearly uncomfortable with the situation...

Dillon just rolls his eyes at the reaction, apparently having allowed too much of his own aggravation to slip through. It isn't nearly as animated of a gesture, keeping Catherine in check as he is, but it's there.
"Talk to him," he grunts at Daymain, jerking his chin toward the man with the phone.
If he can get his hands on the remaining cuff and uncuffed wrist, he knows he can make quick work out of snapping it home.
I really need more Dillon Connerys, sometimes.

Leaving Dillon take over managing the cuffs Daymian turns his body just enough to more or less face the man with the phone but keeping his body close enough to Catherine to help if needed.
"Please help." He lets the worry for Catherine stay in his voice.

A police uniform might be a clothing bonus -- clubbing clothes are not. Also, I'm levying the -3 penalty for inappropriate appearance, considering it looks like you're mugging/raping someone, leaving Daymian with 1 Success.
The man takes a step backward, speaking rapidly on his phone as he eyes Daymian.

Catherine spun in the Reeve’s grip, her teeth and fangs reaching for Daymian this time. The Kine was too far away to reach and that much she knew.
But the squishy one would probably be a better drink than the kindred with the iron grip.
