Through the various hand-offs of couriers entrusted with Kindred correspondence, a handwritten reply in the Reeve's cramped penmanship is delivered to Diana.

"Good evening,

Your request is refreshingly straightforward, if a tad brash. Nevertheless, I would be pleased to have an opportunity to learn more about our newest arrival. If you have somewhere in mind, let me know. Otherwise, I have a few suggestions depending on what precisely you mean by... drink.

Reeve Schneider,

Brash? I had thought I was being refreshingly direct. Though I suppose I can accept a little of both.

I would prefer somewhere private, where conversation can unfold without an audience. You would be welcome at my haven, or, if you would be more comfortable on familiar ground, I would be happy to meet you at your Covenant's grounds.

As for what I meant by a drink, I suspect that is a distinction better discussed in person. I am curious what suggestions you had in mind.

The two are not mutually exclusive. To be clear, I took no offense to your missive. There would be little room for doubt if I had.

Moore House is always open to visitors of all Covenants. And yes, that includes the Circle. I have been attempting to make it a place where Kindred of all kind may attempt dialogue, at least on spiritual matters. As I am the Reverend of the congregation there, arranging privacy would be no trouble.

At the same time, I acknowledge that an invitation to the old church may be off-putting to some. With your leave, we may have a discussion at your Haven. As you were the one to initiate the invitation, the choice of venue is yours.

Let me know of your decision and I will arrange transportation. I look forward to speaking face-to-face.
