This letter is to inform you both, in case it comes up, that the body of Mr Azoth has found torpor, as well as a stake, and is in the closet.

If either wishes to discuss the matter, feel free to reach out, though the conversation and subsequent handling of it was on full display in Court. Of course, my door is open in case you do have questions or concerns.

Two copies of a reply were penned in Otto Schneider's handwriting. As they were handwritten, the spacing and formatting was ever-so-slightly different between them, but the actual substance was identical. One copy was addressed to the care of the Prince, the other to the Seneschal. The both read as follows:

Good evening,

At your leisure and convenience, I would like to have a brief meeting between Domain Officials to discuss this incident as well as what measures will be taken going forward. I had a few thoughts and a suggestion, but as ever I serve at the Prince's pleasure. If it is the case that we should treat the matter as resolved until directed otherwise by Her Grace, I will drop the matter. It is not my intention to second-guess the decisions of our leader, merely to ensure that I am carrying out the duties of my office in a satisfactory manner.

It is disappointing that the matter resolved as it did, but Kindred must abide by the Laws of the Domain if they wish to reside in Her Grace's city.
