Warning of rouge mages
It has become apparent there is increased risk from an independent cabal known as Sanctus Trinitas. They have a history of aggressive behaviour towards the previous Consilium and being as best can be determine neither seers nor banishers could find their way into the circle.
Extra caution is advised, at least one member is very dangerous and willing to use lethal force. Check your security regularly and show extra care if dealing with unknown mages for the immediate future.

April 2024 Consilium Summary
1. It was agreed the questions would be put on the noticeboard although exact wording need not be used providing the general spirit of the question in maintained.
1.1 It was agreed that if someone does not accept the rules or does not want to gain acknowledgement, they will not be part of the Consilium. (This does not make them enemies but does deny them protections and resources of the Consilium)
1.2 Personality should not be a factor considered in the granting of acknowledgement.
2. The circle’s security has held thus far and should be trusted
2.1 Corn will host sparring sessions for mage on mage sparring, or mage vs an automaton of his creation, wit ha prolonged duration.
2.2 The automation will not be used for security due to the risk of it killing unknown mages looking for acknowledgment
2.3 Taking grater agency and being more aware of our surrounding was encouraged.
3. Item three was postponed due to Winter having left the scene and his attendance being desired by the majority present.
4. Notes of the officials meeting shall we taken by chambers and stored in the communal area of the circle. Once he is able to this will be converted to supernal script as a precautionary measure. In addition, exact duplications shall be produced for each active order present in the circle so if one set should come to harm or be tampered with others exist.
4.1 These notes will not be stored digital, and are not to leave the circle including by the Aethernet.
4.2 The purpose for such records is to both track a general history and to have a record of precedents and rulings set that can be studied by mages later down the line to better inform the wisdom of their own choices and decisions.
5. (Keep an eye on the plot thread) A central map of Sacramento will be sectioned off and mages will pair off to track leylines, locates hallows, nodes, verges, record gauntlet strength local spirts ghosts and anything else they encounter.
5.1 If Seers, banishers, or anything else hostile is encountered the suggested course of action is to prioritise safety, back off. Gather what mages can be gathered, and form a plan of attack.
5.2 Winter should be a priority consult for actions involving planned combat.
5.3 Additional copies of this map will be produced for each active order in the circle.
5.4 The map will be stored central with the Consilium documents, and should not leave the circle for any reason including digitally.
5.6 Corn and Aurora are willing to share rough areas that they inhabit but do not wish the location of their sanctums and hallows to be mapped. Chambers has shared that his sanctum and hallow are located in the Sacramento Marina.
5.7 Mages are reminded the protections of the great laws currently only apply to cabals.
A silver pendant, shaped like a crescent moon and the number 13. It's typically worn around her neck on a silver chain.
Nimbus
Shards of a broken mirror, orbiting around her. Each shard reflects images of bad luck: Crows, black cats, upside down horseshoes, cracked tea cups, spilled salt, and, of course, the number 13 (in random colors and fonts).
When she casts Vulgar magic, the shards orbit faster, flashing dangerously like knives.
Simon Cartwright, former U.S. military, was a longtime member of the Harringwood Community Centre. He was also Awakened. There's noted stories of the centre and it's kid's soccer team having streaks of very good luck. He was maybe Acanthus?
In 2024, an Arthur Goodwin, owner of Greywind Marketing Inc., attempted to buy Harringwood, with the stated intention of tearing it down and building affordable housing. Cartwright fought long and hard against this. Bit of a random task for Goodwin, who usually only went after small business rivals. Rumor circulates he was angry the Harringwood soccer team beat his son's team with a stroke of good luck and this was his revenge.
At some point, Cartwright made contact with Philip Crosen and Winter, who took him under their wing, showed him the Circle, and instructed him to stop using his powers to help other people (possibly due to Veil breaches?). Eventually Crosen died and Winter vanished, leaving Cartwright feeling abandoned.
Cartwright, champion of the community, kept fighting Goodwin's takeover. He suffered a car accident. He was run off the road and his car set on fire. Possibly by thugs hired by Goodwin, but there's no real evidence, and Goodwin has a good public image, overall. Family man (wife and 3 kids), donates to charities, etc.
In 2025, the sale went through. Goodwin now owns Harringwood. It has yet to be torn down, however. This is the location the River City Consilium was given to make contact with the Seers of the Throne. Goodwin, if not a Seer himself, may be under their thumb.
I and Asclepius encountered Cartwright in hospital that year. He was comatose in the burn ward (same room the late Corn had occupied) and had some sort of chained nature to his destiny. No news stories as to what happened to him. That suggests a supernatural cause.
Very recently, Skye and myself attended a meeting of the Golden Consilium in the Zinfandel Estates. Cartwright, with burn scars on his face and hands, showed up. He was angry as hell and declared he "now served the Throne". Violence broke out. Cartwright did not put up a fight and is likely dead at the hands of the Goldies. I'm working to confirm that. Unsure why he allowed himself to be killed. Possible Harringwood was being held hostage to force his hand?
Strongly recommend avoiding both Zinfandel Estates and the Harringwood Community Centre.

Nimbus:
A flowering of wildflowers accompanied by their scent and the sounds of a calm wind dancing over the sea. The more vulgar the spells, the meaner the magic the stronger the winds, the flowers blooming only to quickly decay and spread the scent of death with them.
Appearance
Standing 152.4cm tall, her hair color changing on a regular basis, usually braided but not always.
Her body seemingly quite petite and small but upon closer inspection so is it unexpectedly sturdy, her left arm well trained with more defining muscles than her right arm.
Rarely seen without an armguard and archer glove on her left hand.
Each and every movement always precise, rarely if ever wasting any more effort than needed to achieve her desired result.

Recent discoveries have made shows of a possibility that a local company by the name of Barudoni Construction Inc has been involved in working with hostiles. However due to the sheer size of the company and being involved in far to many things so is it near impossible to pinpoint if they are just doing what the client asks, or if sub contractors has been involved in the matters that rose suspicion.
At current there is no direct proof anyone higher up is involved, but if you see the company involved anywhere around you, when making research, or doing any form of digging be cautious, keep their name in mind, and do keep the possibility of hidden passages or areas in mind in anything they have been involved with.
