Grand Opening

Nodding along to the tale, quite certain she had heard of it the last time she was here, over a cup of cocoa and a warm intense fire. Eyes looking over towards the direction of the fond memories with a soft inhale before looking back toward the man.
”There is some fascinating stuff within that, and I wonder what made just telekinesis so dominant. Just look at tales left and right, telekinesis is amongst the most common things you find, for movies I get it as it is a cheap and require minimal visual effects.” Always a boon in production costs. ”What made you so interested in just those kinds of books?”

Snapping her fingers with an ohh look upon her face.
”So thats what you meant got it, wasn´t sure what you´re question referred to at first.” Mimicking the shrug. ”Use either or a nickname, I am not that picky. Have you managed to find somewhere good to work on your bike yet?”

Raising an eyebrow as her eyes wander back and forth between them. Peace offering? What had he done that would require that with her already? Hesitating for a moment before taking the book she was offered, softly sliding her hand over it´s spine before carefully opening it with curious eyes.
”You sure, its your grand opening you shouldn´t have to give away your books, as Vi here said isn´t the point to sell books and turn a profit?” I can always keep it in the quarters, a good night reading there would not be wrong. ”But if these are the lesser what are the greater keys?” Eyes stuck on the book, carefully flipping through it just looking it over so unused to receive proper gifts, just wanting to take it in for a moment longer.

[Eidolon]

Eidolon shrugged off their questions about payment. "You can pay me for the next books you want. For now, just take these as gifts."


Noticing Skye's look of concern, he added, "Look, Violet and I... well, we've been a pain in each other's asses for a while. Felt like a peace offering was due, especially since she's had my back."


He turned back to Thirteen. "So yeah, don't worry about the price for these, it's all good. And," he addressed them both, pausing briefly, "if either of you want me to find other books in the future, just let me know. I'll try to track them down if I don't already have them."

[Thirteen]

The Acanthus gave the Shaman a curious look, "Somewhere good to work on my bike? I just do that at home." Though, a proper garage would be nice.

She gave Eidolon a long, quiet look, then nodded and tucked the book into the pocket of her overalls. "Well enough, then." Thirteen seemed uninterested in discussing the past any further. Instead, she turned her attention towards the shop door. "How many paying customers you had so far?"

I'm a little unclear on the continuity of this scene with the BE plot, so I'm not going to address it any more than this.

[Skye]

A look between them and a shrug, it was none of her business to get into and she would not pry letting it fall to the sidelines.
”Appreciated V S but I think I am good, now if you have that fire burning again on some cold nights so would I not mind the chance to just come by and read something recommended though. Especially once autumn and winter comes back upon us, huh now those nights can get cold.” Still she needed to keep an eye on things as best she could.


Meeting the curious look with a little blink.
”Like most, but I meant a nice garage, or something proper setup to really have a nice dedicated space for it.” One of the best things about being back to be stationary, a proper workshop for her own work.

With Eidolon receiving a 30 day suspension the scene needs to close at it is located at his site. Youngblood could you close this one please, I don't have permissions to close other peoples shards.

Looking at them both.
”Well it´s been a pleasure but I believe I need to get back to work, have a pleasant evening both of you.” Turning around and leaving the place with a wave to them both.

Skye exits the scene.

Thirteen eventually made her goodbyes and departed as well.
