A letter finds its way to Jennifer Hazelton 's mailbox, handwritten in Aletheia's usual manner.

Seneschal Hazelton,

I apologize for my recent silence during our meeting with Reeve Kingsley. I was deep within thought over your thoughts on the Necropolis, the Caldarium, and the Sepulchres, as well as how I might be able to assist in the matter.

After much reflection, I would be honored to maintain the Caldarium in its current state in order to afford our brethren in Clan Nosferatu a place of sanctuary away from the pains of the Curse and the prying eyes of others. So long as the offer remains on the table of course.

As far as inquiries, I have no pressing ones for the moment beyond what I have already ventured to ask. Should this change - and I suspect it will - I will be in contact post-haste to ensure I do not reflect poorly on Clan Nosferatu publicly, per our agreement during our Acknowledgement.

The outer envelope bore the initials A. T. and was sealed with a simple emerald green wax. No Masquerade breaching sigils or words were present.

The inner envelope bore an emerald green wax seal of a quill pen writing upon a roll of parchment and A. Thistle.

I am pleased to receive your letter.
I regret that you witnessed my irritation with the lack of interest of our cousin, Reeve Kingsley. I was not pleased by the behavior that I witnessed and I found no fault in your own. I can understand thoughtful consideration. I am pleased that you shall take over responsibility for the Caldarium. It is truly the heart of our Necropolis. If you do need anything, I am pleased that you know that you can reach out to me.
