It is important to me that the Reeve of Sacramento be knowledgeable of all events and mysteries that occur in the Domain of Sacramento. I know that you may be aware of movements or activities that I am ignorant of. I request that you send a report detailing each of these facts to the Reeve. I would be grateful if you would let me know when you have done so.

I would be honored to assist the Reeve and the Domain. I will make my reports soon and send a copy to you as well and let the others know to follow suit.

Excited to enjoy the Saturnalia with you, it won't be on the right date, unfortunately my event planning skills for this aren't quite where I'd like...but I have been learning a lot so that next years might be smoother. Still I think the experience will be worth it.
