Rebecca is approached by a ghoul who identifies himself as Harry Mills, a ghoul of a dragon from Ohio. He offers a sealed letter and states that he is staying in a local hotel for the night, departing in the morning if she wants to send a letter back with him.

Dear Ms. Rebecca Dawson,
I am residing in Youngstown, Ohio. I have heard the tale that there is a supernatural occurrence happening in the city that you currently reside in.
Is it possible for you to investigate if this is a leyline that the Ordul Dracul could claim?
Have you had much involvement with Whip Dominguez?

Rebecca immediately asked the ghoul to wait for a return letter. She prided herself on keeping a journal and a writing pad to scrawl things on and the journal for more formal entries of her writings, musings, inspirations, all sorts of little things. All she had was a ball point pen, so that's what she used.

Dear Mr. Chedomir Alexander,

I have caught wind of what you write for, Scholar. Another mentioned a haunting in town. I have to admit I jumped to the same question as you did. The one who imparted this news, has already reached out to me for a meeting. I dropped the right hints that I may assist. As you and I both know, hauntings often coincide with wrym nests and ley lines.

I have met with Mr. Dominguez, but we haven't been able to get with Mr. Royce regarding leadership of Sacramento's dragons just yet. We are working towards this goal currently. I do have some exciting news to report. I believe I have met another Kindred who may be of value to us. A Gangrel, whom I have given a minor task to complete. I wish to see if he could be amenable to our Great Work.

Dear Ms. Rebecca Dawson, Supplicant of Dedicated Hunger

Have you taken ownership of the site? We are aware of a strong Invictus presence in Sacramento. I am unsure on the strength of the Circle of Crone in Sacramento. Do you foresee a possible conflict with these Covenants? I do not need to mention that the Crone might have an interest in taking over the site for thier own works.
I do need to mention that Mr. Royce has registered the leadership of the Dragons as a Losh and Mr. Dominguez. I would recommend that you and Mr. Royce iron out the leadership immediately. We know that Mr. Royce is currently undergoing research that is expected to occupy a great deal of time.
Do let me know if the prospect works out. There has been much change in our covenant in Sacramento. We look forward to seeing some stability,
