A letter marked for Winter arrives to the Circle, its envelope nondescript save for a teal stamp bearing the sigil of the Adamantine Arrow.

Opening it reveals a simple message:

Winter,

I am writing you to relay news of my coming arrival to Sacramento.

It has come to my attention that Sacramento possesses a far more delicate balance than the more entrenched Consilium of Philadelphia, where I have spent the majority of my tenure since joining the Adamantine Arrow. As you already know, Existence is War and it is within my hopes to provide my talents to Sacramento's defense.

Your name was relayed to me as a fellow Obrimos of significant tenure in the city and it is my hope that you might be willing to meet in order to allow me to better establish my service to Sacramento's Awakened and see to their needs in matters of defense and security.

I await your correspondence.
