REPORT: BODIES IN THE INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT
A: Initial pictures and suggestions
1. Facts:
Four factory workers were killed after the end of their shift (Between Midnight and 2 am) over the course of a week in the Industrial District. Sex, age and race vary.
Bodies have been bled white and were mutilated with very human bitemarks, although dentals suggest every tooth is a canine. Coroner assumes animal with jaw deformity.
No bruising around the wounds, no suggiolation, no defensive wounds. Police found no evidence the bodies were killed in the place they were found at.
2. Thoughts and Suggestions:
Sex, age and race are no discernible factor in picking victims so far. The Connection would either be the common occupation (job at the factory) or the place (Industrial District).
Missing tissue on torso and neck and bite marks might be to invoke animal attack theory or hide the aftermath of sloppy feeding.
Missing blood amounts to about 5 gallons. Where does all that stuff go ?` [Annotation at the rim: 'The graffiti, thats where !']
Bitemark pattern might hint at either Nosferatu, something else with that sort of teeth or someone with some sort of dental prosthetics.
It almost looks like whoever killed the people wants the bodies to be found.
3. Possible conclusions:
Someone hunts in the Industrial district. Blood loss, post-mortal mutilation as well as the fact the victims didn't put up a fight suggest vampire attack. Whether thats the case or just the intended picture remains to be seen.[Annotation: YES !] Additionally, the amount of blood taken in that short a time might mean someone's on a rampage. So far, the pattern is too regular for a feeding frenzy. The discernable lack of effort in hiding the bodies or the effort put in to make sure the bodies are found suggests that whoever is doing the hunting is either actively trying to stir up trouble or just doesn't care and that mostly discards the idea they're just dumb and clueless as shit. [Annotation below: Shouldn't have, at least he's clueless !]
B: Place where the last victim was found
1. Facts:
No traces of the victim being killed in the particular place. This confirms initial suspicion and police assumption. Dragmarks are present, but very easy to miss and lead on to some back alley behind a dive called 'Babylon'.Nearby makeshift homeless shelters are abandoned, cuts show purposeful destruction. Back wall of Babylon shows graffiti in blood.

We caught a vampire on the roof watching us. 5'10, average caucasian male, dark hair, shabby clothes. He pulled a vanishing act, lost him really quick. Seems nimble and knows the area well.
2. Thoughts and Suggestions:
The homeless shelters were attacked on purpose. Maybe to scare off potential witnesses ?
Someone or something was able to drag a butchered-up body through the area and place them where they were found without being seen.
The graffiti's taken straight from the Malediction of Longinus.
Is there a connection between Babylon and the graffiti ? Why put it on the back wall ?
The guy who watched us didn't leave too much of graffitying equipment and looked too clean to have put that shit up there himself. [Annotation: 'If only !']
3. Possible conclusions:
Whoever leaves the bodies wants them found and wants them found on their conditions. If the attack on the homeless camp is connected, whoever leaves the bodies is fully able to cover their tracks but chooses not to [Annotation: 'doesn't'] when it comes to the bodies. This likely confirms malicious intent. The graffiti might point to either some autodidact, some sorts of apostates, heretics or cult or someone who really wants the Church or fangers in general in trouble.
C: Babylon
1a. Facts:
Barkeeper's a vampire who calls himself Max.
1b. Hearsay:
The bar patrons are unaware of vampires. Max has noticed the graffiti, but hoped folks would mistake it for some weird stuff.
The guy who's been watching us stalks the area. Max keeps the patrons inside until the guy's gone. Guy's called Mark Jacobs, a regular who ended up with pretty bad lung cancer.
Was back a few months later, claiming to have been cured. Didn't feign life and Max chased him off after catching him feeding in the open outside.
Max claims he offered Jacobs his help to learn stuff, Jacobs refused. Suspects someone embraced Jacobs and abandoned him, so he has to figure stuff out on his own, might not be back now that we've seen him too.
Max offered safe cellar if we needed it, gave us Jacobs' home address he knows from checking up on the guy.
Max also suggested Jacobs may be trying to get even with other guys from the factory now that he feels invincible.
2. Thoughts:
Max was very helpful and forward in providing information. Perhaps too much so. He was pretty quick to point the finger at Jacobs.
Why didn't he remove the graffiti if he knew it was there ? Weird stuff or not, that was human blood on his wall.
Does Jacobs want the Babylon in trouble enough to call attention to it that way ? Or is he just drunk with power ? [Annotation: 'Neither ?']
D: Concluding thoughts and remaining questions

Where does the blood go and who'd need so much of it ? [Annotation: 'The graffiti, duh !']

Is the graffiti a statement of intent or just a propaganda thing ? [Annotation: 'No idea, will have to ask Cyrus that']

What made Max relaxed in the knowledge that vampires would find the graffiti before the police ?
Have there been more graffitis in the District, only nobody noticed ?

How was he exposed to a Testament of Longinus or parts of it ? [Annotation: 'Cyrus did']
Who sired him ? [Annotation: 'Leaflet guy']
How many scores does he have to settle, provided it is really him who leaves the bodies and if so, why leave them like that ? Scare tactic ? [Annotation:'Jacobs claims there were no scores to settle']
Inexperience or being high on power might explain the high blood consumption, but doesn't have to. [Annotation: 'Graffiti !']
Are there more folks like Jacobs out there ?

RECENT DEVELOPMENTS:
Jacobs has admitted to the graffitoi and the killings and claims to be willing to work with us to give us a chance to nail down his Sire and the guy his Sire works for, some preacher who calls himself Father Cyrus Corvinus.
Corvinus family is unknown, Jacobs' Sire is a Nosferatu, obviously, and also the guy who sent him out to kill folks and vandalize shit with pieces of the Testament. Jacobs is expecting a call from Cyrus, but hasn't seen his Sire
since his becoming. The guys are even handing out flyers, I've enclosed a copy of one. We also know the two scumbags (plus any followers we don't yet know) use a warehouse at [address] as their church and possibly main base.
Plan is to go there and grab them, one way or the other.

RECENT DEVELOPMENTS II:
Went to a meeting specified after Albert Baker managed to get his hands on some of Mr McCabe's effects. As the meeting turned into a fight, Cyrus Corvinus, Calvin McCabe and a witness were apprehended and are currently in custody.
