"Oh, you have no idea." A smile. He pulls the van away as smoothly as he possibly could and tries to get a sense of what it can and cannot do. Looking in the side-mirrors to ensure there weren't any vehicles around, he picks up some speed before violently turning the steering wheel to and fro, checking the van's movement, suspension, grip and weight. He then floors the gas before sharply braking, fighting with the wheel as it skids for a few yards.
"Baby's got one fat ass. I like that."

Now that Dizzy has gotten... intimately acquainted.... with the truck, he heads off to the museum. Fillard Goldman is only a few blocks away. Just enough time for the two to suss a plan and psych themselves up.
It's only a few books. Shouldn't be a lot of fuss.
I will start a new scene tomorrow evening-ish, unless one of you wants to beat me to it.
