Martha nods as Thomas approaches and, after slowing even more, she allowes her arm to link with his. Listening as carefully as she can over the hubbub of the music, chatter and crowd of the club, she nods again. "It all seems a rather frustrating dead-end here, sir..." she offers to Thomas in as low a whisper as she feels she can get away with. Clearly appreciating the slow pace of the walk, she smiles and adds, again in a whisper; "What shall we do next, sir? Where shall we go? Miss Sarah, the barmaid, did not expect to see Mr Mak again. Do you feel he has fled the jurisdiction altogether? Does this mean he is aware of the...er...pursuit? Given he previously seemed to find refuge in the sewers...should we commence a search of them?" Wide eyed, Martha waits for her gentleman companion to offer insight and direction, rubbing hard at her leg with a free hand, she watches about (still linked with Thomas) for signs of danger or anyone at all! Almost the whole unit seemed to have vanished into the crowd!

He finally met the other two Kindred, Martha and thomas to name them. Wyatt was nowhere to be found, and Amos lost the deputy somewhere in the crowd.
" Sorry guy. I couldn't find somebody who could tell me where he went, and apparently, we are not the only one looking for him there. What did you find ? "

Martha looks a bit glum, shares a shrug with her companions and rubs hard at her leg as she talks;
"I am afraid, sir, that I have learned nothing to add to what you have already described. I did wonder if our...er...friend..." she says in a hushed tone and looks about, in case anyone was taking an undue interest in their chatter, "had fled into the sewers. Where else might we look? We certainly need to locate him before the others...though, this is might be a good sign! Perhaps his allies are also befuddled and equally having no fortune in locating him!"
The last statement has a note of clear hope in it, and she smiles, all wide eyed.

Thomas listened as both Amos and Martha described the brick wall their efforts had run into and wondered if their target Mac had suspected what was up and done what Martha thought and gone to ground in the Sewers. Or hell maybe the son of a bitch had gone right out and taken off to the Farm. Well one thing was certain, Mac wasn't here and the Kindred who owned this place had already pumped the staff for information and probably had them on the lookout. They should get out of here and regroup with Max and Wyatt to formulate another plan of attack.
"We should find the other two and move on."
He begins to lead Martha and Amos towards the exit of the club, Martha still on his arm if she wished to be.

*Max jogs up just in time to find Ish alone in the alleyway. He takes a quick look around to make sure there weren't any witnesses, then turns to the other Dragon.* Alright, where are the ashes? I'll sweep them up and we can take them to Clarke...

Martha seems silently content to be led away...she remains vigilant for the Target, or other threats, as she moves along with the others.

Wyatt scuttles off. It's been over two days.
Ishani arches an elegant eyebrow at Max. "'Clarke'? We usually preface that with something, you know," she says, turning to walk back to Reverence. "Your friend is either running for the city limits, or on his way to Heathcliff or Victoria," she continued. "Did you bring him here? And... why?"

Lenny arrives coming in as Thomas and Martha are approaching the door to leave. He's dressed in jeans and a denim jacket over his large frame, and a plaid shirt catches the light. Rakishly set on his head is a cowboy hat, and if one looks, he's wearing boots as well. A suede vest under the jacket completes the outfit.
The Marlboro Man has arrived in goth paradise.
"What's shakin'?" he asks Thomas, giving Martha a curious glance.

Thomas was glad to see Lenny, the night had been a complete bust so far but Lenny had won that big competition back in the summer to get all the Covenants reinstated. Maybe he still had that luck. Well he certainly had social ability and if the group was going to keep hitting the bars to look for Mac then somebody who could get people to talk was needed.
"So far tonight has been a bust but I am glad you could make it, we can use the assistance. Please allow me to introduce Miss Martha Villiers, Miss Villiers this is Mr. Lenny Pope." That was how it was done right? Damn Army, they said you were an Officer and a Gentleman but they didn't teach this stuff at Fort Benning's OCS or the Infantry School.
