The gift is custom made by a jeweler and in solid silver with a beautifully crafted silver chain.

The bundle of papers once opened are very familiar and they are the notice he has posted up in Elysia concerning feeding rights.

The Letter

To the Hound of Citrus Hights:

I am writing in thanks for the lovely gift I received from you. I noticed that you dropped some notices in Elysium and so I thought that I would return them. I'm sure it was a miss understanding on your part that I or the Keeper of Elysium was not consulted regarding this paper that was posted and that you were going to consult with me or her concerning them when some ghoul must have seen them and took initiative to post them. Better yet I'm sure that as a member of Clan Mekhet that you were going to speak with your Priscus concerning an announcement that effected the Shadows of the city.

Regardless I hope the gift is to your liking, if not perhaps it will be useful for your regent to reign in those in her employ should the need arise.
