Al-Adin cracked his back a bit before waving at the assembled gawkers. They had seen him practicing his Parkour; ducking and weaving through the child's playground, seemingly defying gravity sometimes as he walked the underside of some of the structures. He ran through and above and under and around the obstacles in his path. Forget dancing, forget singing, forget even winning. This was joy, to Run.

There's a middle aged man; greying, but not old, that takes pictures of Adin's antics and the crowd. It's a bit difficult, with one arm in a sling, but he manages.

Another, a dark haired man, watches with more of a professional's interest... he seems more suprised by Adin's phenomenal strength than traceur ability.

Triquetra watches as well, sitting cross-legged with her back resting against the trunk of a tree. Shade was always a wonderful thing to be in during the month of August. Her eyes followed the young man as he darted around the playground performing truly astounding feats of athleticism and acrobatics. Even with her spells she wasn't sure she could pull off what the man was doing on natural ability alone. It reinforced a lesson learned long ago, that a Mage could not depend on the Arcana for everything.

She settled back against the tree, eyes flicking slightly about to note the small crowd beginning to gather. Hardly surprising. And, not wishing to interrupt him, she watched for now.

    Player Answer: Sure.

As the crowd cheers him on, Al-Adin scrambles up one of the trees, and begins jumping and leaping between branches, and even starts jumping between trees. The monkey in him is having a great time. Standing on a branch overlooking the crowd, he waves them up, daring them to try as well. A huge grin is plastered on his face.

    Description

Terri's Mask is that of a petite, cute woman with vibrant red hair that has black streaks throughout. Obviously athletic, her natural demeanour is friendly and she always tends to have a smile on her face.

Her fae mien is akin to a red squirrel. She has a long bushy tail and ear tufts that poke through her hair. The black streaks are actually black feathers the are a part of her mien now,; a part of her noble order.

Terri's powerful Mantle initiates itself as the smell of baking bread but brings with it the feeling of the Harvest, that time to take stock of the coming troubles.

Terri is heading through the park, heading towards the nearly-renovated store that will soon become Treetop Fashions when she sees the crowd growing, and decides to head over, wondering what all the fuss.....

    Oh dear.

Terri can't help but smile though as she watches Al up high, wishing she could join him. However, seeing what she was wearing, it wouldn't really be appropriate, especially for those on the ground.

    Eye-full indeed

A deep blue van rests in the parking lot, nothing 'mini' about it. Its windows are tinted dark to the point that whether they are, in fact, windows any long, is debatable, and an eclectic collection of inscrutable bumper stickers are plastered all over it, their arrangement as random as the angles at which they are affixed.

A thin, young man steps out of the back, his face the very picture of contentment, his blonde hair ruffled with bedhead, a cowlick stuck out oddly of which he pays no mind. A hemp and bead necklace hangs low from his neck, its base settled on his solar plexus, his tanned, yet less-than-impressive physique exposed between the halves of his thin, brown cloth vest without a hint of self-consciousness. His spindly legs are concealed by a pair of baggy, white linen pants, his feet not, save where the straps of his brown sandals cover them.

    "Hello again, sun,"
he says brightly, moving to a spot of green to perform a salutation taught to him by a yogi in Colorado, in recognition of the great light above. "Hello again, earth," he says as he bends, his nose nearly touching the grass below. When he's finished, he takes a bright red apple from the pocket of his vest, takes a bite, and meanders his way over to the pretty lady. "Hello to you, too," he says, as though she had been listening in to his conversation with the world, and he didn't want her to feel neglected. He holds out a hand, realizes it has an apple in it still, laughs, puts the bitten fruit back into his pocket, and holds his hand out once again. "I'm Ernest."

Triquetra noted Ernest from the corner of her eye as soon as he exited the van, and continued to watch in such a manner as he greeted everything around him. That was behavior all but certainly rooted in Pagan beliefs. A potential target to bring into the Labyrinth. And if he was as fervent in his beliefs as it seemed he might be perhaps even someone that could be set up to lead a cell of it. Oh the possibilities...

Of course, one was unlikely to guess those were the thoughts running through her mind by looking watching her expression. Which consisted of a big, sunny smile as she shook the offered hand from her seated position. "Hello. Saw your ritual there, Pagan?" Well, she knew it was Pagan. Or she was about 99% certain anyway. What she was curious about was the particular practice, if any, it followed. She hadn't seen enough yet to make much more than a wild guess as to that.

"Hmmm?" Ernest replies, smiling happily. "Oh, you caught that? Well, no, not exactly. Maybe. Sometimes. Sort of. Kinda." He has the decency to look embarrassed at the lame dodge. "It's complicated. And boring. I'm more interested in you." He sits himself down next to her, cross-legged, and begins digging in another pocket. "You into that sort of stuff? What's your name? Is that guy," he asks, pointing out the free-flowing Al-Adin, "a friend of yours? He's really good. A-ha!" He removes a brown paper bag from his pocket, opens it, takes one dark oversized raisin, pops it in his mouth, then offers the open bag to her. "Date?"

Juno had planned to go looking for Al-Adin after the....unfortunate....series of events at the Bloom Residence for the purpose of checking on his well-being, but she had no real idea of where the Prince of Thieves kept his residence or even where he liked to hang out. Most of her encounters with her fellow Spring Courtier had a tendency to run towards the random. Knowing that there was a decent spot to skate within the park, the Manticoress was carrying her board beneath one arm and a convenience store bag in her other hand containing her lunch. Her tail was carried to the left as she padded along in a smart manner.

Noticing the small gathering, she paused. Maybe there was a fight or something else interesting going on. Dropping her board, she glided across the remaining stretch of walkway then hopped off and walked over to see what was going on. Any opportunity to practice her skills, right?

Seeing it was Al-Adin who was keeping the crowd fascinated with his tricks, she smiled and sat down at the edge of the gathering to watch her friend go about his athletic pursuits.

To other Lost, Juno was pretty damn distinctive looking with her decidedly masculine traits, the least of which was that she sported a well-trimmed goatee. Behind her Mask, outside of the fact that she had a somewhat pronounced bone structure and could be called "boyish" when it came to her curveless figure, there was nothing really out there about her which would require further scrutiny..oh wait...her tattoos, the most visible of which consisted of sleeves done up in well-executed black and greyscale. She was wearing a fading Independent Trucks t-shirt she had found in a thrift store, black skater jeans, and a pair of Vans Darklighters which looked a bit large for her feet.

He seems to be doing all right. That's a good sign, I think.
