Slowly Max's vision returns until he can see that he's made his way out of the copse of trees. Dark figures shamble towards him for a moment longer, then retreat back to the darkness of the trees.
Charlie is nowhere to be seen.
We're out of combat turns unless Max is going back into the trees.

Max is going to try and Obfuscate again, healing everything but the bashing on the way back to his car. Assuming he can get there safely, skirting the woods. Assuming that works, he'll make a call on the way out of the Park...
