The undead suddenly experiences the unexpected and falls into the hole, down to the floor of the network room. Theres a dull, wet sound, and smell of rotten eggs and then a plume of fire erupts out of the hole. Tug's just made a volcano.
There's a whiff of air nearby, and Tug sees his surgeon has taken another swipe, and missed.

After hearing the explosion Alison popped back up onto the roof. She looked around and didn't see Frankenstein anywhere. As she called out for some reason her Saturday morning bugs bunny cartoons popped into her head, "Which way did he go?"
I still have an action to hold while waiting for an answer?

Ash winces as the fireball rises up through the destroyed roof, and he almost wanted to laugh at the sight of Tugaroo kick the shit out of everything around him. Calling on his watchtower again, Ash holds out his hand towards the last zombie in an effort to attempt and wrest control of it from the, no doubt, vastly more powerful Necromancer.
Despite this thought, he had to at still try, at least once.
"He went off the side!" Ash shouts while concentrating.

Animus surfaces just after Alison, glancing feverishly across the rooftop.
No Invictus.
Is that it, then? We've failed? ... I've failed, to keep Tug from lasting harm? For the briefest instant, Animus' will falters. Shoulders slump in defeat, and he nearly collapses into a heap on the roof. But some feral part of him refuses to give up, even with everything falling to pieces.
"Where is he?" It's almost as much growl as speech, and comes with a glint in his eyes, that of a predator that would follow it's prey, whatever the cost.

Ash's spell has no effect; as almost comical punctuation to the situation, the zombie jabs Tug in the leg.
He's cut himself worse shaving.
On the other hand*, that was before it looked like he would have to learn to shave with his feet.

Hearing Ash's words, Animus doesn't pause for thought. Running to the other side, he surveys the ground below, searching for some sign of Invictus.

Alison & Tug are up...

Tug doesn't have time to be impressed with himself yet. It would be a rather difficult feat with his current...uh...situation, anyway. The kangaroo however, has been as helpful as it could be, but its usefulness is limited from here on, and he needs to talk more than he needs its oversized foot. He lets go of the shift, yells, "Alison, help Animus!" then interposes himself between the remaining zombie and the hole in the roof and tries to get the creature to shift into a lemming. It doesn't work.

Alison nodded at Tug and then as Animus ran to the other side of the roof where the man jumped from, Alison grabbed the ladder. "Shout which way," she said as she started to slide down the ladder as quickly as possible. If she was fast and lucky, she might be able to catch him.
