Asa and Ishani descend the steps, both in black, both in a more modern interpretation of the theme. Whereas she is clad in a form-fitting black evening dress with a unconventional cut which accentuates her figure, Asa is dressed in only black leather pants and boots.

For those used to seeing him in his tailored suits, aside from the radical difference in apparel, Asa is surprisingly muscular -- a fact usually hidden by the crisp lines dark blazers.

Were truth to be known, he had intended to wear a mesh shirt, ala The Crow, but found out within minutes that it stimulated his nipples to near painful distraction. Thus, the shirt was shed...

...and the Prince and his consort arrived later than intended.

Asa released Ishani's waist, giving her a smile. They both had their own 'friends', and both mutually lightly and silently loathed the majority of the others' with the tolerant exasperation of a couple who had successfully surmounted that particular obstacle.

Shadow

The frown deepens slightly and then a light dawns in Shadow's own dark eyes. "Yes, now I remember. It is good to see you again Mr. Conner. It has been quite a while. What have you been doing with yourself lately?"

She turns to Max and gives him a nod of greeting, letting him know that she is aware of his presence. She relaxes a little knowing a Deputy is close. She knows she should not fear for her saftey at Court, but one can never tell what is lurking behind the natures of Beasts.

Ishani

After Asa releases her, Ishani makes her way over to the Primogen, Harpy, and Deputy. She smiles at them, a light in her eyes, a sparkle of mischief perhaps. "Good evening Harpy Stamford, Primogen Nagaraj, Deputy Connelly." She gives a slight bow of the head to each as she states their titles. The bow to the Harpy is noticably lower then the other two. She knows the power the station holds and has no problem acknowledging it.

"Harpy Stamford, you have done wonderful things with the place. Is this decor here to stay? Or are we only temporarily borrowing it for the evening?"

[O-Yama]

O-Yama arrives ever so slightly late, having taken the time to clean his katana to perfection, even if he was not bringing it with him. He arrives wearing a black and white kimono that matches color with the dress worn by Shadow. Stepping over to her, a slightly smile lights his normally stoic face. "Good evening Oracle." He says, taking a hand and kissing it softly.

He turns to Grey and gives a curt bow. "Grey, it is good to see you." He steps close to Shadow, almost protectively, watching over her.

O-Yama's wardrobe

Wilhelm descended the steps into the new Court wearing an old-fashioned military cut tailcoat. Black of course, to go with theme. His shoes and pants were the same color, leaving the deep red dress shirt as the only splash of color on his figure. He moved, as always, with the confident gate of a seasoned warrior, despite the familiar edge of unease he always felt at Courts and in Elysiums. Blind, defenseless, exposed...he did not being denied his weapons, his disciplines. The recent snake incident in this very building only served to show that you never knew when one found it necessary to defend themselves.

The cascade of beasts that crashed against his senses did not help matters either, riling his own. Thankfully his control of it was better than ever, enhanced by use of the Ordo's Coil. So he pushed his beast back to the corner of his mind as he looked around the room, unsurprised to see that the Kindred present were largely clustered in one group. It was hardly unusual this early in Court. He would mingle a bit later, when people split off form each other a bit. For the moment, he simply walked around the new room; taking in the ambiance, decor, and arrangement.

Still smiling Victoria addressed the man after he spoke, "Deputy Connelly it is good to see you this evening. I hope you enjoy yourself."

Then Asa and Ishani walked into the room. She certainly hadn't expected the Prince to arrive as he did and she watched at Ishani approached her and the group she was with.

"Hound Naetesh good evening," Victoria said with a curtsy that was lower than the bow Ishani gave her, which recognized the woman's unofficial authority. "You look absolutely gorgeous this evening."

After a slight pause to straiten her dress Victoria beamed a smile to the Prince Consort, "I'm so glad that you like it. I hoped that you might. Some of the pieces, like the statues and vases, are from my estate. If desired I would be more than happy to gift them and the decorations to you and his highness."

Asa watched as O-Yama converged on Shadow, slightly surprised they had arrived seperately.

Her choice? Or his? Or simply convenience?

He brushes the thought aside as he notes the man in the mask, then watches as he removes it. An eyebrow goes up slightly, and the words he hears as he approaches confirm the stirred memory.

"Oracle," Asa said, with a nod of respect to his Covenant leader.

"Mr. Greyson," he then added, with a genuine smile. Although a frantic evening, he still remembered that night well, and with some degree of fondness. Then Conner had disappeared, as had Ash, and soon thereafter they had rescued Tombs -- only to see him, too, leave the city.

"...and Mr. Hatori. We seem to have a bit of a reunion. I'll be sure to have all shrubbery and felines removed."
