Returning from his survey of the alarm system, ready to congregate with the others about exactly how to proceed, Henry notices Jordan and the closet of paper print-outs.
"Good work," he says simply. "Start on ****," roughly 4 days before Starling was last seen, "and go up to ****." The day Henry went to Starling's apartment. That did leave quite a gap in time, though. Without waiting any further, Henry started to list what he knew of Starling's appearance : Height, eye/hair color, preference in clothing, and so on. Enough to hopefully narrow the search to one single file. And really, just how many unidentified bodies could possibly show up in that timespan? Probably more than you think, the curmudgeon part of him answers.
