Teegan gives a silent nod of greeting to Henry when the Magister says her name. Her face is emotionless as always at meetings but behind her stoic gaze her mind is buzzing with thought. The idea of surprise seemed impossible to her considering how easily her scrying spell had been dismantled. They were watching the Shadow and mundane approaches but it didn't matter, it just needs to happen, she decided.

Animus shrugs at Henry's comment. "We don't have enough people to split up. Lets get started." He walks to the attic, expecting the others to follow him. Once there, he sketches a few runes on the floor and takes a seat in the center, drawing ambiant mana from the Hallow as he begins to weave his Imago.
Spirit Road, 4.5 hrs
As Animus completes the spell, he waves everyone through the newly-formed portal, pausing just long enough to weave a second spell. He glances at his familiar, imagining the wolf's claws and ears on himself.
Transform Self
He then steps through the gate himself. Once in the Shadow Realm, the others quickly notice the presence of a small wolf, Animus' familiar. After waiting for everyone to catch their breath, he gestures for the others to follow before heading west, toward the Kreugans' Sanctum.

Tug grabs his case and hurries behind Animus. He's never been in the Shadow before. Normally he'd take the time to look around, enjoy it, explore it, but today he's all business. Death business, that is.

"You got a....Nevermind, I'll find it myself." Not wishing to disturb Animus, Ash heads off to find the bathroom, trying to be discrete by opeing each door just a crack to ensure he don't see anything that would be considered private. When he finds the correct room, he looks into the mirror and balls his hands into fists as he concentrates on his own pattern and his physique. He smirks as he sees his own body from this view, as perfect as he could get it at the moment.
He cuts into it, shreding it apart bt by bit, breaking it down. Bile forms in his mouth and he can taste blood as his internal organs try to fight the damage he is taking; the self-harming he is bringing upon his own body.
As he finishes, breathing heavily, he throws up in the sink and breathes hard, plse racing. With a quick drink of water and a shakey hand, he cleans the sink thoroughly before heading back to the others.
While the others set about their rituals, Henry considered his own options. From what little he had seen and heard of Vector, the man liked to taunt, liked flash.
And liked being invisible. But I doubt he'd go so far as to think nothing, Henry thought. Letting Animus take his time, Henry concentrated, and attuned himself to the minds around him.
5 suxx needed, so technically only 1 roll needed
It went better than expected, and Henry felt the others around him, their Awakened nature flitting across his perception. Now, time to make sure I live through this. He concentrated again, and moved in the practiced motion of the shield to protect him.
With rolls like this, Vector can just keel over...
He pondered setting out for the time he had left, to make sure the others knew what he was up to, what was up in this city. But it was too big a risk the others would finish before he came back. So he waited, pondering many things. Mostly Seers, Zilker... The usual.
Once Animus is done opening the gates, Henry steps through without hesitation.
