Having followed Chief, Pandora pulls in next to him. She gets out and looks around, trying to get a feel for the place by seeing how busy it seems to be, and what (if anything) she could tell from the cars of the customers.

Reign hops out the car, this time making sure it is not moving, and straightens out her dress. She checks once to make sure she looks good in a compact before adjusting her bra slightly. Road-burn was anoying, especially in certain areas. "So, you have any idea what we're looking for, or are we just gona eat first and see where that takes us?" she asks Chief with a smile.

Chief looks over at Reign and shrugs "Fate told me that whatever we're looking for in Carson can be found by coming here. I'll get back to you on whether or not that's anything else but a pulled pork sandwich. You ever work with an Acanthus before? This is how it is." There's no rebuke in his voice, just matter-of-fact.

Spade stifles a snicker as he checks Pandora's door-lock. He figured Reign would want the right answers immediately. Spade did himself. Time just wasn't something Obrimos were really patient with. And the ways Fate often proved too mysterious and balanced.
Too fair.
Especially to Mages nicknamed 'the Mighty'.
Spade finds himself first in line for the door and holds it open for the rest before following them all in.

"Come on, let's go get a table." Chief says, leading the way into the restaurant.
Walking in he looks around, taking the place in as much as he can. He was here for a reason, and he was hoping it was more than BBQ.
Joker was quiet, watching the rest of them interact. He was still rather new to all of this, and they weren't doing things they way he was expecting. He didn't know what exactly he was expecting, though.
Noticing that Chief was looking around earnestly, Joker piped up, "Anything catching your interest?"

It's more of a place where you place your order and then find a table than sit and get waited on. It's about half full, and beyond the front counter one can see the kitchen with large slabs of meat being sliced.
On one wall, are children's drawings and candid photographs of past customers.

Pandora smiles at Chief's explanation of Acanthus ways and follows the others in, still looking around to try to get a feel for the place.
