Dragon hung up the phone after the usual ' who do I not piss off' call about 5 minutes before reaching the place he was told to show up at in the letter he got from back home.

" well...that was fucking useful. ' he muttered, turning back up the Music he's been blasting since leaving Los Angeles. He heads to the building in question, looking a tad bit concerned as there's little activity outside, so he takes his sidearm with him.

He heads to the main doors, after checking the area on his walk up, before trying to enter the building.

The doors push open easily, into the reception area that becomes the nave. Silent pools of water are to each side of the door, and faux candles light the way forward.

Dragon steps into the church, and crosses himself, out of reflex, rather than faith.

Given the strength of the spell Dragon passed through, it would be unlikely that any might enter unwanted. Moving forward, he can begin to see into the south transept, where an Asian man sits at a table, leaning over. A thin Caucasian faces him, arms folded, eyes closed.

Dragon continues towards the pair, making just enough noise with his footfalls not to go unnoticed, unless actively ignored. Once within respectful distance, He stops, and awaits recognition, an old holdover from his days in the actual military.

plus it allows him to size up the area around him, and those seated.

As Dragon approaches, he can see the men are studying a chess board... but appear to be playing checkers on it. Both are fit, and have suntanned skin. The wiry man with his eyes closed opens them at the sound of the footsteps and gives Dragon a nod and a wave. The other turns around and gives Dragon the once-over, finally smiling and offering a "Hello."

Dragon for the most part, looks like he could stand in for the grim reaper, solidly built, and nondescript in complexion. ' Evening, gentlemen...hope I'm not interrupting..." HE says. ' trying to spot anything obvious about the pair. ' I was supposed to be meeting an associate here, but it seems our times are off..."

"Oh?" the Asian man asks. He turns and stands, jostling the table as he does so. He gives the other man a gleefully apologetic look at the disturbed and fallen pieces.

"Were they a Guardian, or an Arrow? I'm Zilker, Epopt of the Visus Draconis."

From Dragon's viewpoint, the man is graceful and athletic, and it's not a stretch to imagine he's adept at martial arts.

"I can postcog, you know," comes an exasperated response from the seated man to his opponent.

An assorted trio of birds flies into the sanctuary and the owl breaks away from the other two, hooting in surprise as he notices the three men in the room. He finally settles down next to a pile of clothes before rapidly expanding into human form, not seeming to care whether any of the three are watching. Animus quickly dresses and slips a copper ring onto his finger as he walks toward the group. "We aren't interrupting anything, are we?"

Ankh swoops through the room, taking in the scene before landing near West, her falcon form obviously exhausted. She dons her human shape again, sighing in pleasure at the feel of arms, lges and the always helpful mouth. She looks from West to Zilker to the new comer not really caring that she has no clothes.

"If we are, we can adjourn to another room and discuss what I was trying to tell you earlier." She says partially to the group and partially to Animus.

She gives West a hug and a kiss on the cheek before beaming up at him. "You did bring me clothes right?"
