Corpses were nothing new to Teegan. Still, the sheer number of them was staggering, and the stench of them in the enclosed room was strong. She kept her resolve as she followed the team through the room, all the while holding her MP5, ready to aim and fire in an instant.
She invokes an imago of a well lit room, and casts a spell. The effect is only minor, however, and she is only able to see a little bit better in the dark room.

Teegan moves through the door with the rest of them.
Joshua stays up in the first room, keeping his team nearby. When it looks like Teegan might follow Falx and company downstairs to the oddly-well-maintained door, the Sentinel calls her back. "We'll stay here and watch for threats to the rear," he clarifies for everyone. "Unless they end up needing the help."

As Orphan opens the door, a dull 'tink' is heard, and Orphan feels something hit his foot, landing between him and Falx.
Joshua, Teegan, and Brutus hear a dull thump and flash of light, and Teegan recognizes the effects of a concussion grenade -- albeit magnified in the small concrete stairwell below.
Those below are pummeled by the concussive force and blinded by the flash.
