Ankh sees first; but then Animus does as he nears:
The Asian on the red Ducati is female...
...and apparently she's being congratulated on winning the bike.

Tugbird alights on a roof near the perimeter of the parking lot and strains his borrowed eyes to make out the figures below...

It's all Animus can do to avoid letting out a surprised squak. He knew this girl. At the Glissade tournament, she had taken down Orphan, even made it look easy. And somehow, she had known Ruby, or at least Sully. What was she doing here? And was that Vector's bike? If so, tracking him down was about to get a lot more difficult.
Ankh watches the little female near the bike and looks around for Animus and Tug. She thought the recognized her, but she wasn't positive and the others were to far away to really ask.
She starts scanning the crowd for anyone else of interest. Just because the other people around here were focused on this female does not mean she is the one that needs watching.
Tug watches from the outskirts, and Animus settles closer. Both watch as the rider settles on a person to ride the empty bike next to her. The gathering seems to be splitting up, but in groups, and each group has a bookie furiously taking notes and yelling as riders begin to trickle out.
Ankh rolls PER -5...
Animus tries to pick off the license plate number on the Ducati and then scans the crowd, on the off chance he might recognize someone else.
Animus doesn't see a plate; whether it was removed by the original owner or new one is unclear. Ankh notices an irritated-looking Asian man board a city bus from a bus stop on the corner.
Tugbird remembers the little girl...kinda. She kicked ass, then started crying, or something. Weird. He doesn't think that's the mage he encountered, but Life, as he knew, could do some funny tricks. There's too many people down there to scrutinize individually, so Donnie decides to peek into Twilight and see if any ghosts or spirits are hanging about this place. He's able to shift his perceptions to the Spirit world easily, but the Boneyard demands a heavy price of Mana before it yields its secrets.
