I was given your number to contact about introduction into the local chapter. Is there a time and place to meet up?

I do not feel comfortable approaching Philip in Sanctuary without at least a heads-up first.

Another random text from an as yet essentially unknown number.

Since you have my number you must know who I am. We could meet at the clubhouse at [date, time] and talk.

That was all the guy got. If he was an enemy, Philip would know soon enough, although inwardly he hoped he was in fact a Libertine like the last one and not a random contact from his work that had made a mistake, so he took it in stride. And the Circle seemed acceptable enough as any place and a test for the guy who texted him, to see if he understood the `clubhouse` reference.

His phone pinged again. And Philip was surprised he bothered to ask again, being right outside what Philip could only assume was the circle-aka-clubhouse.
