Philip went to Chambers` cork board in the Circle. There he posted a letter of invitation for Chambers some time in the making, slightly more formal than a regular text, and seperate from the cookout plans or the coming Consilium, which read:
`Dear Chambers,
I`d like to invite you out to a bar to chat, at your convenience. Not necessarily to talk shop, although we could I guess, but just to hang out. If you agree, I shall give you the address and await you there.
