The Shadow lets out an inhuman screech at Sonnie's words, it's entire focus now upon the Spring Simian! As it shrieks the air seems to wobble before rushing directly to Sonnie!"Oh yeah, totally," Sonnie bluffed, in response to Vincent. "Fought jackholes like this before. I'd tell you the secret, but then it wouldn't be a secret."
It was annoying trying to get a visual bead on this thing, like trying to look around a blind spot or something. The shadow's lack of response was also mildly irritating. Maybe she could goad it into staying here.
"The gist is guys like this are cowards," she said, as if still trying to teach Vinny something.

Throwing her hands onto the roof top with a scream, the roof erupting around her and out to the creature, rising up in an explosion of debris around it.
Not today fucker, she thinks with a smirk.

Vincent saw the thing head toward Sonnie, then the explosion.
He knew he had to try something else, I wonder if this shadow hates light as well.
Before making his attack, he looks around for sources of light.

Whatever the Shadow tried to do, Sonnie seemed to dodge it. She grinned in excitement and focused on her metal barricade. Some of the rusty steel bars twisted into sharp spikes and fired at the Shadow like porcupine quills!*
*Porcupines can't actually do that.

The white clad figure continues to flee.
The Shadow in the Corner of Your Eye remains standing, Sera's explosion of debris and Sonnie's steel bars-quills sink into the shadows that make it, only to be turned back against the Spring Simian!
Of which, a twisted bar of rebar spears out and passed Sonnie's defences, and draws a line of blood, or whatever the Dream equivalent is, along Sonnie's cheek.

And yet it landed an attack on Sonnie!
Anger contorted her features as she reaches out to any light source around. It wasn’t pitch black here, there was light somewhere, hence the ability to see and the ability for a shadow. Using her Wyrd she focuses whatever sources she finds into a condensed beam and aims it right for the shadow.

Vincent seeing the same source that Seraphina uses, decides to use it himself. He focuses on the light but instead of a beam he focuses on it being a ball of light in his hands, he then throws it art his opponent and once it reaches it explodes into a flash. (Think spirit bomb from DBZ).

Sonnie's hand went to her cheek, touching the cut. Her fingers came away bloody.
Well, now we got a real fight on our hands.
SWEET.
With a smirk, she flung her hand towards the... well, where the Shadow sort of was, dancing in the corner of her eye. Drops of blood shot forth. Three of them, in fact. As they flew, the grew and changed form, becoming life-sized replicas of Sonnie herself!
Sun Wukong could pluck his own hairs and magically make them into duplicates of himself, and the Beast was trying something similar. With simian cackling and manic grins, her copies descended upon her foe.
One came in from the left, driving forward with a punch. A second from the right, spinning in with a kick. The third had leapt up high, and came down for a vicious stomp attack.
And they all missed, turning back into harmless droplets of blood and splattering on the rooftop. Sonnie's expression was telling of her thoughts.
That was fucking disappointing.

The figure in white continues to flee!
While the Shadow in the Corner of Your Eye barely moves as the Lost attempt to thwart it. The attacks fade into the shadows leaking, coalescing around and through the Shadow, and with having drawn Sonnie's blood, and the Spring making the most noise, the Shadow continues it's relentless attack!
- and scores another bloody line across Sonnie's dream flesh!
