Helen gets a text

[Fast Eddie]

Helen recieves a text from an unknown number.

"Ms. Kingsley, I'm new to town, but Miss Hazelton gave me your number. I'm told we have both a common ancestry and affiliations. I'd like to meet as soon as is convenient for you. Thank you for your time."

A second text follows.

"By the way, my name is Eddie. Most folks call me Fast Eddie. I look forward to meeting you."

It takes a bit, then a reply winks onto the screen.

"Fair. Go to Nox, the local waterhole. I have an office there. (description of way there attached)

I'll meet you there in, say, 40 Minutes."

Another message shortly follows.

"You wouldn't happen to be Fast Eddie Gleckan from Brooklyn, would you?"

[Fast Eddie]

"Nope, originally from Seattle. I've done a bit of traveling, but never made it that far east. See you soon."

[Helen Kingsley]

"Correct answer. See you at the office."

[Fast Eddie]

He simply texts back a thumbs up emoji.
