This is a partially open scene. Allies/Contacts/Status of 1+ for Arms Dealers, Clubs, Criminals, Emergency Services, or News Media is required for entry. Anyone who has these merits can invite as many people as they like to join them in the shard.
Just north of Old Sacramento was the railyards. Multiple large warehouses were used for storage, maintenance, or other activities and tonight was an other activity night. The employees long gone, and the right people bribed for a space, one warehouse was partially cleared out for the night. A large open space was cleared near one of the doors and people had begun to congregate. Word had gone out of a gathering of Sacramento's fighting elite. A place for the baddest motherfuckers in town to come together and just beat the shit out of each other for shits and giggles.
Some came to fight, some to watch, most to gamble and get drunk.
The floor had a few mats put down over the concrete but that was the only precaution given the fighters. To everyone else? A pile of boxes and coolers formed a makeshift bar with a music bullet near the door. Dealers were around for those interested in a more potent fix as well. Or just prescription strength pain relievers? Those are definitely aroundfor a pricetoo.
The sun set hours ago, and Sacramento's night life was coming out to play. Predators and prey. Victors and losers. Tonight would sift the strong from the weak for those with the stomach to be sorted.

How this is going to work.
Per request, this is a shard for combat toons to let loose and beat the shit out of something. Normal shard rules apply and there are plenty of witnesses around for anyone thinking of using powers. If you want to fight with someone get there consent in thread and then start a side thread. Use the normal rules for starting the side thread and tag me in the body of the post. The thread title should be "(Fight) PC A Vs PC B" and should open with initiative.
