A letter to the Seneschal

A letter is delivered, bearing on the front of the envelope the name 'Jacque' and on the back a red seal bearing the initials 'AMB'. It is written in black ink and old-fashioned roundhand.

'Esteemed Seneschal,

I'm pleased to inform you, that Clan Mekhet had decided to elevate me to the position of Priscus.

Some nights later, an envelope arrived in return to Albert. Inside, was a smaller envelope with a wax seal of a V overlaid with a J.

Priscus Albert Baker,

Congratulations are in order. I look forward to working with you in the future. Perhaps we can arrange a meeting in the next few months after you settle into the role?
