Chloe Xan, the young Asian woman, delivers to each of your characters the following letter, with the appropriate titles on the outside.
Good evening,

It is my hope this letter finds you well. It is also my hope that we might arrange a meeting to discuss a masquerade breach some time ago, of which Lady Notary Hazelton has made me aware. There is some matter of a ''witches familiar' or similar of which I am wholly unaware and would appreciate the time and counsel of one more knowledgeable in arcane matters.

This is a crime against our domain which I would see addressed before it happens again.

Dear Alder Soldier Qaurtermain,

I have written you about meeting in the Elysium meeting room on the 12th of this month with the others that you have investigated and appraised of the situation, as per our earlier correspondence.

Who have you approached?

I have not seen Ms. Woods in some time. I would not trust that she is still in the domain, as she missed Formal Court.
