To The Seneschal,

I as the former Grand Wyrm of the Sacramento Chapter of the Ordo Dracul am writing to announce, officially, the election by unanimous vote of Quinn Durant to the rank of Sworn of the Mysteries, and to become Grand Wyrm of the Dragon Chapter of Sacramento.
