Yoga in the McKinley Park

"Yes it was", she says, finally relaxing her posture after letting a sigh out.
"And thanks for the help. Now of course comes the ice-cream", she says smiling.

Guru unbent himself and went to full warrior pose and then back to standing before putting his hands in Namaste to the teacher and those around him including Andrew and Elanor. "Yea it's a lot more intense than people think. It's pretty good cardio to be honest. Still no running though, like a pre-workout before a jog really get that lactic acid out." He said with a laugh already jogging in place.


"Anytime my man, just a little positive attitude and a whole lot of effort and you'll both be there in no time." Then he was invited for ice cream, it was probably out of courtesy and one he should politely decline but Guru wasn't known for his social graces just for being friendly. "Oh hell yea I am."
