Once Michael (or whatever his name was) had finished his preliminary bout, he had about 30 minutes rest before his next bout against Leo. As Duncan called the pair into the ring, he waited until both were ready before starting the fight.
Please narrate entrance and roll initiative. Good luck!

In the interim Michael spends 2 Vitae to heal 4 Bashing.
The pauses between matches were a blessing. He hasn't been hit hard enough for anyone to expect any serious wounds. After making sure that there's enough time and that all damage is concealed by his clothes, Mike goes ahead and heals himself up to perfect condition. There's no doubt that he's not gonna win today, in fact, this is probably going to be his last fight unless the opponent turns out to be a total wuss: there's only so much you can do with Blood, even on a full stomach.
But the doctor doesn't let it all get him down: after some basic (and completely unnecessary) stretching, he gets into the cage and offers a small bow to his opponent before rushing into combat.
I wonder what this one's capable of?

The bow adds just a fraction of a second to his reaction time to the start of the fight. Now only a drunk turtle would be slower.

Leo was happy. While he wasn't crazy like his former cabalmate, he still enjoyed the therapeutic awesome of the sound of breaking bones when he was stressed. The Archangel incident, getting ahead of himself at AFD, and the general stress that came with talking to others while trying to maintain the authority of an Order head had piqued in the First Talon. There were rules, and he respected that since he was competing in earnest this time, but damn was he gonna go to town on this guy. The fact he had Vae's second shadow name was a bit of irony that only added to his excitement.
A crooked smile indicated he was ready from the moment he entered the cage. Then the guy bowed, to which Leo could only raise an eyebrow. He returned the bow by inclining his head in more of a nod. It was an attempt to show respect without the foolishness of taking his eyes off his opponent. With pleasantries out of the way Leo lunged forward with fists held high. He wasn't aiming especially well, just reveling in the moment.

Michael has 2 Def and 1 Armor against Bashing because of Kung-fu (and can ignore 1 Armor against Bashing when he attacks without making a targeted shot because of Kung-fu too). 0 Bashing.
Combat is all about ebb and flow. Even when it's in a fucking cage in the middle of Sacramento, opponents are still waves and rocks crashing into each other.
Pull back and retaliate.
He can see the exultation in his Leo's eyes and it sparks something inside the Gangrel. Not Hunger for Blood but a Hunger for something beautiful. For a beautiful counter-attack. He meets the rush by going low, rooting himself and making an exploding jab with his left: powerful and focused.
It connects but does so at an angle: a direct hit would have been devastating but he'd underestimated the enemy's skill
"Tsch", - the doctor clucks his tongue in annoyance. This guy has much better balance than he'd expected. He'll need to adjust.

Leo takes 2 bashing damage
Leo wasn't overly surprised by the attack. He was in a cage to break someones face so the fact the other person was competent didn't strike him as off. Still, damn, that could've gotten bad. It wasn't good by any means to be hit already, but Leo could take the pain. With a small smirk, the First Talon lunged forward to attack Michael. Not his best work, but surely the jab would do something.

1B to Michael (2 Def, 1 Armor)
Leo... really shouldn't have done that. Michael lets the jab graze his left shoulder and it actually helps him rotate. He can almost see himself in that lame-ass Zack Snyder slow-mo as his right foot slides forward and around his opponent and his left one just digs into the ground with his toes. He goes right under Leo's jab and there's a split second during which he leisurely ruminates on what exactly he'll do to the man's exposed side.
And then he just explodes. All the rotation, all the power, all the muscles - everything is poured into a blow to Leo's ribs. As his elbow connects, all the Mike can picture in his mind is a very particular train. The sound of the blow is enough to be heard in adjacent cages.
The doctor grins Savagely.

Sorry for the delay!
As the blow connects, Leo huffs as the cage goes black. That was a good blow, fuck, even Leo had to admit losing to that strong a person was not something to be ashamed of. The eyes of the First Talon close as he falls backwards, landing hard on the floor of the cage.
Leo takes 7 bashing and fails his check to maintain consciousness. Michael Redfill wins the fight!

Michael looks at the prone body before him for a few seconds before smiling and walking out of the cage. That was a good fight: his opponent had training and knew how to use it. But it was also a lesson in how one tiny tactical mistake could mean losing.
Leo didn't deal much damage and this means that the Gangrel can go on.
On to the next one?
