[Sonnie Wu]

"Excellent! Sticker club is the best club!" Sonnie nodded enthusiastically before sampling her tea. "Mmm, you got the sweet, fruity kind. I like it. I think you got it tight. There's also a thicker woody style, and one that's green and very fresh tasting." She sipped some more from her cup, "Oolong means black dragon. That makes it the most badass tea."

A hand went to her chest, "Le gasp! Our dear Eleanor is going to college? She's grown up so fast! Now, you stay away from those frat parties, young lady!" She winked conspiratorially.

"What?!" The Beast sounded indignant, practically sputtering her tea. "Three for one? Maybe the gorilla and chimp, but the capuchin is in a whole 'nother league! What's so special about this Saturn sticker? Hmmm?" She clearly had a higher value placed upon her primate stickers.

"Casino night is a Spring driven theme! Greed is an essential form of Desire! But this greed will meet a useful purpose!" She nodded, proud of the idea.

[Titania]

"Biology, hopefully that will get me on the path to medical school. It's nothing certain, really. Just a thought. I don't even have a proper id. No parties for me", though, places of learning were known to be liberal with citizenship requirements.

"Gambling - while a less than respectable endeavor - is not something I condemn. And while a good idea, I believe it's unlikely to work out in our case. Our numbers are at their lowest right now, and there aren't that many people that would be engaging in such activities", and most of the Residents didn't really swim into a pool of money either. Circe would end up being the main sponsor of the charity anyway.

"Saturn has seven groups of rings. Seven for three, you'll find that my offer is already generous as it is", she says, her deep gaze bores into her customer.

[Seraphina]

A nod, “I figured the sweet fruity one was the safest bet. But I can gladly carry the other ones, offer a variety.” Hanging out with Sonnie had paid off in that department. “It does? That’s kinda cool.” Good to know.

“They do grow so fast.” She had to admit.

Then the great sticker trade off continued. Would Sonnie take the trade? Would another trade be reached? Would there be an accord? Stay tuned!

“Oh wow! That’s wonderful! And if you need help with a proper id, I recent got one and could help you if you wanted.” Offered the Treasured.

A translucent hand picks up one of the cookies.

“Hmm,” she says, biting into the cookie and thinking over what was said, “you raise some excellent points. Maybe it’s something we could do another time, or even do something smaller in a public setting or something.” Something to think over.

“So you mentioned plants, how would you incorporate those into a party?” she asked. “Did we want to do something more formal? Like say something with a theme based around something like A Midsummers Night Dream by Shakespeare? That would make for a more enchanting evening, filled with desire and dancing.” Just a thought, but she was clearly open to other thoughts.

Oh, so Titania was using the rings that Saturn had for trade fodder. Interesting. Sapphires intently watch the negations, munching on her cookie.

"Having a good ID is pretty nice," she nodded, dipping a cookie into her tea... for reasons? "With it, I can rent a car! Still don't know how to drive it, but I could sit in it and play the radio."

Sonnie clearly didn't like having her casino night idea shot down, but she couldn't argue the points made. The freehold was rather small and poor at the moment. Instead of complaining, her cookie dipping simply became more intense.

"You can't be serious!" The Beast scoffed at the Bright One, "You're trying to sell the rings as a separate feature? Did I fall off the banana wagon yesterday?" A pause. "Don't answer that!" There was some huffing for a few moments, then she ate the tea-soaked cookie. "Nope. I won't allow my monkey stickers to be devalued like that. You'll simply have to do better, Mary Poppins."

[Titania]

The mention of the Bard ignites another one of her bright smiles and she nods approvingly. "That's a theme worth exploring", she says, "the Id cards as well"But another topic requires her undivided attention, for vulgar commerce beckoned, "The lifespan of Saturn is measured in billion years. Monkeys live for mere decades. I think you won't find a better offer elsewhere"

Laughing, “We’re gonna get you driving a car soon. Once I buy mine, we’ll hit up an empty parking lot and see if we can teach you.” She had been serious about that.

“I think for the casino theme, we’ll hold something at my shop. When the weathers warmer and I can open the patio. That way, we draw a huge crowd! And raise all the money for our charities.” A nod, this was going to happen too.

And then it was stickers. Again.

Crossing her legs and smoothing out the white material, she watches, sipping her tea. “You guys know at some point we need to agree on something for the Coronation, right?” sapphires looking between the two. “Not that these negotiations aren’t important, because they are. Serious business, so an accord is going to need to be reached at some point.” A shallow nod, another sip of tea.

“Ok, so lets explore it, and other ones. We did a luau one season, which was a lot of fun, and was before we had the Tavern. So we had to old it a the Blue Note, but it could be one worth having again. I believe I’m the only one who was there for that one, so it’s not like anyone else here would remember it.” She offers. “But I want us all to enjoy the theme and the party.” More tea as the topic moved back to the stickers.

“I can help you with the ID later if you want.” Helping was kind of her thing.

“Well, given that Saturn’s lifespan is measured in such a way, it would make it a more valuable trade.” Points out the Nix, “But then again, if the monkeys live shorter lives, then they would be very valuable as well. Sounds like an even trade to me.” A shrug, her two cents.

"That sounds great!" Did Sonnie mean the driving lessons, or the casino night at Garden Grounds? In fact, her answer was the same for both. The establishment of her party idea for a later date seemed to mollify her.

She blinked her eyes as Sera called for some focus. As was not uncommon for the simian Beast, she'd gotten distracted from the goal at hand. "Uh, oh! Right! Coronation! Yeah, a luau! If nobody else has was there the last time, then it's new!" She nodded vigorously, "And since you already know how to run one, Your Magnificence, we'll have an easier time of it! Right?" She looked between the two Fairest. "Plants certainly tie into a luau! Palm trees, and coconuts! What else do they have in Hawaii?"

There was a sharp intake of breath, "How dare you!" Golden eyes centered on Titania, flashing with Spring passion! "You'd place some old ball of gas over the lives of these beautiful living angels? This is a dire insult to primate kind! Dire!" Yup, she was distracted again. "The Queen is right! Yeah, they have short lives, but those are meaningful lives! Lives lived to their fullest! What has Saturn done with it's life? Hmm? Sat there and..." The Beast waved a hand in the air, searching her brain for the right word, "... spun? Whoop-dee-frickin'-doo!"

She had no idea of what a luau was. But she certainly wouldn't dare to admit her ignorance in front of a simpleton such as the monkey.
She sips on her tea, giving their financial argument the cold shoulder. "Time value of money", she says smirking, "my gas giant will be earning interest long after your simians will have passed away", she rolls her eyes, "Besides, monkeys could be living on Saturn. In that case I'd be trading real estate plus an undisclosed amount of monkeys for a paltry amount of three cards"

"My grand-grand-grandfather used to say that you shouldn't trade your castle for cheese", she could probably buy those cards on the cheap, just sweep by when Sonnie was hungry enough to trade her kingdom for a banana.

"Can't we just incorporate all those different ideas into a single celebration?"

[Seraphina]

Smirking to Sonnie, “Even if I hadn’t run one before, we’re Spring, we can run anything.” It was true. “I’m not sure, but they have some beautiful flowers if I remember right. But who’s to say we can’t add our own flare to it? Titania clearly knows about flowers and style, I bet she could come up with some beautiful flowers for it. Maybe even some from the Hedge?” she asks, looking to the beauty. “And it can be a Spring Luau, doesn’t have to be Hawaiian.” She points out.

And then it was the stickers again.

“Well, could look at it like this. She is giving up something with seven rings, so in the long run, won’t you come out ahead Sonnie? Think of the fun primates can have on all those rings! The three you would be trading can be the pioneers to testing out the place.” Maybe?

“Having monkeys already living there certainly sounds like it sweetens the idea. And if there currently isn’t any, your primates could be pioneers of a new territory!” she didn’t remember if anyone had ever been to the planet, so there very well could be monkeys there.

“We could incorporate any idea we wanted into it. It’s our Coronation, our Season, the celebration can be anything we want. What were you thinking?”

"Okay," she shrugged, "Our own luau it is! I dunno where'd we get palm trees anyway. Whatever plants you guys wanna use is cool! Buuuuuuuuuuut, grass skirts and coconut bras? Yes?" She grinned and nodded hopefully.Visions of choreographed hula dances swirled in her head.

"Cheese? That's the moon, you doof!" Sonnie rolled her eyes melodramatically, "We were talking about Saturn! And who cares about interest? This isn't about money." She was again wholly off topic and not veering back towards the luau right now. Though, she did already give her approval for it. No, now it was just sticker talk.

"Puh-lease! There's no monkeys up there. Nothing lives there! Saturn has no atmosphere!" Maybe she meant oxygen? Planets like Saturn were basically nothing but atmosphere. The Beast was not a scientist.

"In any case, I will not be ripped off by this grifter!" Her hands gestured vaguely at Titania. "I know the value of my monkey stickers! One gas giant is not worth three monkeys. In fact..."

Sonnie stood up on her chair, bent over, and pointed her rear end at the Bright One. "Here's a free gas giant for you!"

And she squeaked out a fart.

Then she collapsed into a gigglefit.
