"As her Elder, it is with great sadness that I must inform you that Blackbird, Priscus of Clan Daeva, Deputy Sheriff of the Domain, has fallen.

A young neonate with a promising future, Priscus Blackbird was engaged in an experiment at the time of her death. Though Covenant practices are proprietary and secret, it is fair for me to say that self-experimentation is part of the nature of our Order's work. Unfortunately, on this occasion, Blackbird's experiment went awry.

She was lost to the Beast. She was contained without breach of the Masquerade, and her destruction was authorized by Prince Antinori.

I am sorry to have to report this loss. She was a rising star. She will be missed.
