Beverely feels the Abyss pour into her, a sticky foulness instead of the excruciating pain of Backlash. It spreads through her, warping her, feeding on her own Pride and predilections. The front of her blouse strains, then bursts as the shapely figure she loves so much is disfigured by her breasts growing to distended proportion. The little girl-thing shrieks with laughter and keeps digging her jagged maw into the Thearch.
Vector's white energy blade disappears again...
...to everyone but Animus, who feels it cut deeply as it appears in front of him in mid-flight. The scorched, tattered falcon falls to the ground.
Beverely takes 2L more and loses another Mana. Animus takes 5L, which I believe results in Incap.

Dodger slowly gaining her wits and recalling where she was. She notices others have fallen in the blackened gap that was her memory. This wasn't going well. Things had escalated to an unacceptable level. This needed to end NOW.
She peeked through an opening in the crushed SUV and saw Vector's assault on Animus. He needs to be stopped. She squinted her eyes and focused on the head of Vector...

The release of energy didn't quite feel right, as the 'gentle' tap of the Abyss rubbed the fact that she failed in her face.

That should put Dodger back at full Damage and therefore STA checks again. Also, she needs to roll 2 more 'dox dice, the 'dox adder is +10.
Unable to risk another spell without finishing off her Mana reserves, Ankh snarls, growing wicked looking black claws from her hands, and moving to stand over Animus to keep Ollie's Doc Martens away.
