We know of the old building you describe. It has hosted our Sacramento offices on more than one occasion over the years and has served us well. It is unfortunate that the site has fallen into such disrepair, and we are glad you would consider nesting there in the future. We are quite pleased that the sites potential has grown since we left, and would recommend that you do all in your power to formally reclaim the site for your head office.
