This would actually be a *** version of Flip of the Coin, or a Divination, both of which cost Mana. Do you still want to cast it?

Orphan rethinks things, realizing how low he is on Mana, and decides to go with a more narrow focus. "Breaking in and trying to hotwire the car... will that end up being a good idea, or a big mistake?"
heat of the moment
Within the scope of the spell (5 Turns), all choices seem equal to Orphan.
"Okay, so I most likely won't draw too much attention trying to get the car going," Orphan thinks. "Not thrilled about the theft, but even less thrilled about getting torn apart by racs, and very un-thrilled by the idea that more could die while I'm fucking around."
Still crouching behind the car to not be visible from the road, he ejects the magazine from his pistol then uses the butt of the pistol to break the window in.
break window?
Yep.
Orphan then gets in the passenger side and, drawing out his wakizashi and keeping low, starts to work on hotwiring the car.
He takes a few moments to try to remember what to do. He'd seen others hotwire cars when he was a kid, and had done it once himself, though with coaching from the others. Then Orphan calls upon Fate to guide his hand, as he takes a few moments to consider all the things that might go wrong and how to use what he had available to the best advantage. At first, nothing comes to mind... Fate is being fickle, it seems. Not to be deterred, Orphan focuses his Will again, and risks Paradox again... but this time he is successful.
Quantum F...!
Orphan will take 3 turns to try to negate penalties for having limited tools, etc. Int + Crafts? Any remaining penalties?
Nope, good to go; I assume he carries a pocket knife or leatherman or somesuch.
A pocket knife at very least, probably more.
After preparing for a few moments, Orphan gets to work. It goes quicker than he'd expected. "Thank Fate," he mutters to himself as he starts up the car.
hotwire
Although Orphan worked quickly, some people have appeared further up on the street, drawn by the earlier crash. Even though they're probably normal people, he's starting to get nervous about grey shapes in the rain.
Assuming the road isn't completely blocked, Orphan will attempt to head in the direction where the FJC went... but first he tries to manipulate probabilities, hoping to hit traffic at just the right moment to flow smoothly in with the other cars, pass potential threats when they're least likely to notice him and so forth.
Winds of Chance
He then studies the situation for a few seconds, trying to gauge how and when to best start on his way before he puts the car into drive.
Orphan took 2 turns (eliminating up to -2 of penalties) to use Quantum Flux to improve his odds of getting past anyone in the way, evading notice or so forth - whatever he would notice as the most crucial task in getting out of her - and if the flow of traffic is slow, he will continue to use Quantum Flux as much as possible to reduce penalties to time his driving just right and so forth.
