I assume that when Lina gave Davis the information for her vest, she also gave him delivery instructions.

The following is delivered to Lina Moretti by Night Courier.

Closer inspection shows that the package box contains a false bottom. Beneath the bottom is a:

thin Kevlar Vest of the 1/2 Armor variety as requested.

Lina receives the package. Once she is alone and home, she opens it. Holding up the dress, she smirks, and investigates further. Upon finding the requested item, she smiles, inspects it to ensure it is in good working order without any damage or bugs, and tries it on.
