Campy tried to magic, but anyone who's ever seen him try to throw up his Sight and Shields wouldn't be surprised by the tried to.

Archy throws up some light, which thanks for the light, but why did he have to make them a beacon in the basin for the Necromancy and his zombies...both of which are coming this way. Or like looking this way. "Uh-yeah. Left. Welp. Not Good. Worse then that. Since. Someones...uh-gettin' nommed. Right. Is uh. Better in that no one's getting nommed, but zombies. Heading this way. With a dude. Well the dude's not coming, but he's watching. So. Thinking that's our necromancer."

Which. Yeah. Even with Cunanan they had some time to get their barrings first. But the problem they were having then, was to find him. Right now the problem was the opposite. Was this the idea, to keep them on their toes. Not let them find any rhythm or momentum?

Head shake, fingers get a'wiggling, the new and awesomely silver dragon resting on the hollow of her throat, doesn't do anything, but feels different. Vibrate lines of a fate-blue glyph explodes into life, just as the swarm of iridescent butterflies come into being. They do not shatter, but take the equally bright threads of Fate that Tuesday was spinning into being and deliverer them to four of the mages in the basin before they're gone.

Tuesday smirks when those threads tie into four separate patterns. "There. You've been Lucked. Also. We should get higher, and you know use this pit as a trap. Can any of you Matter dudes make up spikes? Did you bring anything with you that can be use to Matter up spikes?"

[Bolide]

Bolide's attention remained trained on the right side of the pit as spells light up and fizzle. Thrope had a point about getting out, but the south side was a thin walkway and a ten foot fence that screamed corner. As Tuesday lays out what's going down with the group by the bleachers though, Bolide's gaze narrows on the northern edge of the bowl. Part of him knew it was suicidal to do alone, but another really hoped at least one other person in the group wasn't okay with just leaving people to die.

The Theurgist lifted himself from the pit, ran up to the mass of bodies that he could identify, and slung a rock into it. He couldn't see enough through the rain to really target an individual, but as long as he drew attention he'd be fine. Or not fine because hungry zombies lurching towards him, but this is a one bridge at a time mode of thought.

Bolide is climbing out of the pit for action one, taking one full turn exclusively to move towards the zombie cluster by the bleachers, and continuing to move and toss a stone at said zombie cluster. -1 use of E-Luck and 14/15 sling rocks left.

[Aurora]

The light was a surprise, and not a good one. While being able to see was awesome, it also meant that whoever was controlling the zombies, and the zombies themselves, now had a target. A big bright target.

But, if they could lure zombies to them, she had an idea. Dropping into a crouch, she puts her hands into the rain water around her feet.

The smell hits her nose as the spell takes hold. It wasn't much, but it might be enough to slow em down.

Looking up to the others, "Not sure if it will do much, but if anyone has a lighter, might be able to cool a few of em if we can get them in there." might help, might not. But without clear sight on a target, it was all she had.

And because Bolide thinks this is a rescue mission for the people that died almost a decade ago.

Chariot chants and gestures and engraves a golden glyph that passes through the collected rainwater at their feet through sheer willpower, drawing a bathtub's volume of shimmering water up into as large of a dome as he can shape it around the astral team, centered on Tuesday, and he makes it as tough as plastic. If only there were other students of Matter on this mission who would follow his lead and use the large quantities of water to their advantage, like Faye was.

He flashes Tuesday, Faye and Thrope a final thumbs up. Go Foxes Den!

His pattern straining against the fallen world and his mystical skills pushed to their utmost, Chariot readied his Axe for the oncoming tide of the dead.

[Thrope]

Light floods the bowl and something happens to the concrete of the bowl. Thrope's not really paying attention to that though. He was looking up at the wall he was planning to gtfo via. Well fuck A floating glyph glides over and begins circling his head. Almost immediately that feeling of nausea sinks into Thrope's soul. Too much.

As Chariot begins chanting Thrope almost climbs out of the bowl. Bolide did but he's not an Arrow. Won't be with that attitude. Instead Thrope looks down at his hands and flares them out before bringing them back, flowing and forming symbols from a lost age. Despite the practice and form thrill fills the Thyrsus as the Primal floods into him. Maybe a bit of his true self from the inside.

As the green glyph forms and comes to rest between Thrope's sternum and naval the Thyrsus blinks. Vertical slits of cat's eyes view the world and claws exist where his hands used to be. Yes, something of his true self. Something found and brought back from the Wilds. A raised clenched fist is Thrope's reply to Chariot as the Thyrsus focuses on Honor over all.

[West]

A light forms above the bowl. Thirty feet above, with an arc of thirty degrees, the singular spotlight blazes down on the Awakened like a flashlight suddenly capturing a sink full of cockroaches.

Campanella's glyphs sputter and die even as Faye transmutes water in the basin. The gasoline is whiskey colored and looks viscous and thick as it settles to the bottom. During it all, Bolide climbs up the side and disappears into the night*. The remaining water curves up and away from the floor like a newly formed waved until it hangs over Tuesday. Michael's light plays through the liquid barrier, forming the illusion of a blue sky on a sunny day.

Everyone else is left standing in near pure gasoline as figures began to appear at the edge of the bowl. The light above casts them in dark shadows; faceless wet figures, slow and stuttering in motion.

And then they begin to topple over and fall into the basin. One, then another. Then another, until it's a wave of wooden limbs and bodies crashing down.

Let's go ahead and sort out Initiative. Zombies will use this turn falling into the basin and next turn rising from Prone.
