Another breath, another Imago.

Campanella spies the zombie closing on him and Archangel Michael. He envisions the fence warping, twisting, reaching out and wrapping itself around the zombie in a lacerating embrace. Held fast in an embrace of cutting wire, the zombie should not be a threat. Held fast by the twisted fence, Campanella hopes that he will provide himself and his Cabal mate with sufficient cover. And provide a wall protecting their flank.

Plasticity to wrap the fence around the zombie and turn it into a barrier. Assuming the spell has enough to overcome the fence's Durability. Working on the assumption its a chain link fence. Sorry for the delays West

Chariot finishes off the old lady; topside, the linked zombie collapses. Tuesday rights herself while Thrope goes elbows deep in a Home Depot cashier... but they remain standing.

Collectively, the trio on the topside manage to turn a section of the fence into Play-Doh. With the second collapsed corpse topside, a barrier of rotting bodies is beginning to form on the left, slowing them down. To the right, Michael is attacked (1B)!

Bodies are also beginning to pile in front of the two arrows. The undead fan around them; one slips and splashes into the water and gas, the other manages to score on Thrope (1B). Of the pair flailing at Chariot, a solid hit is landed (1B).

Three more corpses rise, having tumbled in moments ago.

Chariot, Michael, and Thrope each take 1 Bashing.

There are now 7 yuks in the bowl! The part is up.

Fucking Home Depot. The sucking sound of an arm being pulled from someone's rotting chest isn't something to write home about. Or ever think about again. Grunting past the blow from one of the Things and pushing out a few words. "Need out" Thrope lashes out again. Clawed hand sinking into rotting flesh and all that smell.

Son of a...

The Obrimos tries to back off to get away from their range should his cabalmate's spell end somehow and almost stumbles against the Thyrsus behind him. Shit, Faye... Dark eyes flickers anyways and Forces glyphs swirl around the second Zed in the line as the Mighty call the very eletricity from above to punish the unliving one.

"GET OUT!" he repeats to the group within the bowl. His pride assured himself that his unique skills with the Ars was the only thing that could turn the tides.

"Got That! Thanks!" Tuesday yelled back at Archy. But couldn't the Obrimos see the zombies in the bowl? Couldn't he see that the hoard seemed endless? That if they fell in the fucking bowl, they fell in the fucking bowl?! Fallen zombies were better then walking ones.

Hazels sweep the water shield and the unicorn wonders if she should abandon it...

Fuck it.

Thumb rubs the silver dragon's head, and her eyes pick out four choice shamblers - the one of Campy's side and the one of Archy's plus two in the crowd in front of the Fox's Arrows, as a now-familiar fate-blue glyph forms. The butterflies flutter, taking glyph threads towards their destiny.

Things were spiralling out of control. They were being swarmed. And he could not see a way out.

Campanella took hold of his knife, his ritual tool. A little cantrip latter and he feels the weapon's weight shift slightly.

Claws continue to rend rotting flesh. If it weren't raining, Thrope would be covered in necrotic goo. He adds to the growing pile at his feet and the bodies are beginning to fill the space between their front line and lip -- arching upward in a ramp of corpses. Some shambling, some fallen. Some rising.

A jagged white spear crashes downward. For a moment the entire area is lit in blinding relief; colors wash out to white and raindrops sparkle like diamonds. It strikes an undead, charring flesh and clothing in a moment and knocking the cluster to the ground with the energy. But the now burnt corpse continues to shamble forward*, as others crawl and stagger back to their feet. Pitched back into darkness with only the light overhead, afterimages of the lightning strike burn blue against retinas.

Green, blue and brown glyphs settle on their respective targets as Chariot is swarmed by bodies** and an undead gnashes rotten teeth at Campanella...

Per nwod ruleset undead have no nervous system/etc with which to damage and roll STA vs electrical damage (VtR p.174)

I'll use all the attacks on Chariot and take him out of the equation since macavity seems to have poofed. Topside zombies will use their Turns standing from Prone.

"Fuck!" eyes blinded as the lighting crashes! "Shit. Shit. Sh-" head shakes as Chariot's overcome.

Wild eyes find Thrope, claws covered in zombie goo, zombies on either side of Campy and Archy, Faye's flinging spells shot of safely between them, but the hoard would keep coming. Tuesday was pretty sure she was failing at the inevitability of her death here.

Brass knuckles are slipped on, as the unicorn moves closer to the gnashing teeth and fetid odor. Tuesday takes a swing at one of her fate linked shamblers. She had her Rits, and Faye's favor by way of wholyfuckifeelawesome, if she was going to die because of zombies almost a decade ago, she'd make damn sure everyone else had a better chance of living.
