Jacob to Alessandra

[White]

A boredom of anticipation enveloped Jacob, it wasn't that he was bored now, merely that looking forward at the same schedule day after day for all foreseeable future made his feet itch. Something different, anything really. "But what?" It struck him, that time with the Hunters -- for all the stress it caused something similar would be sure to break the stagnation of a monotone existence! Rather impulsively he scrolled through contacts until Alessandra was found.

The phone began to ring...

[Alessandra]

The phone only rang a few times before it was answered,

"Alessandra speaking." came the Italian voice.

[White]

"Hello Alessandra, this is Jacob." A polite tone drifted through the receiver, "I find myself remembering our work at the storage facility in a positive light, despite circumstance, and was wondering if you had any similiar projects I could lend myself to?" The happy almost-ramble might disquiet the more stoically inclined.

[Alessandra]

Ah, Jacob, the Shadow. He did prove himself useful at the storage place, so maybe he could be helpful now.

“Well, you seem to have called at the perfect time. Our boss has me looking into a few things, and I’m about to have a meeting with a local detective. If you’re serious about wanting to help, we’re about to head over for the meeting. I said we cause there are a few other of our associates joining me as well. If you want in, we’re meeting at (insert time and place).”

[White]

"Awesome," his grin was as clear as if she looked him in the face. "I'll be there, catch me up once I arrive."

"See you soon." He ends the call.
