Well, good to know Star can heal too. So the blue eyes look to Campanella as she moves to sit beside him.

She wasn't sold that the time traveling group had failed. When you go into the past, some things were bound to get changed, it was pretty hard to avoid it. She did miss her connection with Time, but would adapt and learn to work with her current Arcanas.

Reaching out to the still unknown Arcana, she seeks to heal some of Campanella's injuries. As the unfamiliar magic takes hold, she realizes it wasn't much. So she tries again, and feels the magic fizzle.

Frowning, "Sorry, still learning Life." it wasn't much, but she was trying, and hoped it counted for something. Clearly Star was on a whole other level than she was, which sucked, and hurt her Pride, but, whatever.

Star's loud, but with Avis all...she totally understood why. hen he's at the Warlock's side and healing her? With how she sits up after he pulls away it's a fair assumption.

Nifty. Tuesday didn't know Star knew Life. Maybe the angel could give her a few pointers. Since Life. She probably needed. Since. Yeah. Owies.

"My juju," Wiggley fingers, "Said that she's a Thyrsus, and that's what she's supposed to be. Since. Timelines. Or something." Shifting to look over at Avis. "Every already has changed. Maybe this was just something that...I dunno." A shrug, "Is good. Like maybe it's like we fixed something. Or removed a layer of whatever." Once her bones didn't ache anymore she could give this more thought. Maybe see if she could Fate something. Since Time gave her a positive review.

This might just be Tuesday not wanting to be the only Acanthus, and loosing Faye as a Pathmate.

"But Avis. 'We fucked the butterfly'. That. Just that." the Unicorn giggles, until she stops and lets out a groan. "Owie." head shake. "I want that on a t-shirt."

Hazels dart to Strix the moment he says 'paper'. Nodding along with Campy. It would be nice not to just react anymore. "Ah-" she cuts herself off.

Faye's next to Campy. Healing him. With Life. That she totally didn't have before they fucked up and those ripples booted her from the Thistle path.

It's weird. A punch in the gut, but at the same time, not. Since Time gave a positive review.

He almost said the other one. The one that starts with Up-sy. But didn't, just in case. Pulled her up, then scooted around so she could lean on him. You can feel it, you know. When you drop a bomb-astic spell. Which, he had. And Avis still looked like stir-fried lawn clippings. Ergo, ex post facto, and cogito sum.

"Why don't, like, we ask Faye?"

Because Faye would know if it felt right. If her Soul felt right. Faye as an Acanthus? Well, that would just be silly, because then she'd be fey and her s'name would be Faye and, and...

"I mean, yeah." At Strix. "Outcomes? How could you do anything if you're, like paralyzed? By, you know, the fear that something would change."

And maybe it was because of what he'd almost just said? But it definitely wasn't until Campanella said it again that the one leaning against him could feel that he was holding his breath.

C'mon, Tuesday. Tell us that's just a coincidence.

Ashworth. Not an uncommon last name. When Avis' heard it though, her body stiffened, and then she bolted to her feet, pain almost forgotten as she staggered towards Strix.

"Give me the paper," she demanded, her eyes bugging out, her hand trembling as she reached for the scrap of writing.

[Campanella]

The Moros sighed audibly as Faye's working coursed through him, offering succour and relief. He remained poised just so before his body relaxed into the warm relief... and was reminded at just the extent of his injuries.

His eyes snapped open at the force of Avis' voice, his mouth agape as though she had struck him herself.

"This... means something to you?"

[Strix]

Strix gave a bemused look in Star's direction, not sure what he was really referring to. Any outcome was better than the Seers having any form of victory.

Before he could come up with a reply, however, Avis seemed to recognize Ashworth. It didn't mean anything to him, so that was good.

"Yeah, sure," he said when he pulled it out of his jacket, handing it over to the Warlock, "here it is."

He figured, maybe it still got sympathetic connection to whoever actually wrote it.

Glancing over to Faye, he gave her an encouraging thumbs up when it seemed her spell didn't work out as she hoped. "Well, it's still new to you. I'm sure you'll get better with time."

[West]

The paper is a blood-stained mess. It's torn in some places and dried to hard blacks and crimsons all over. It's definitely modern paper. The same sort everyone has handled thousands of times.

Stained and ruined writing forms a list, but only two of the handwritten lines are still clearly visible.

One is pristine.

Faye cracked a small smile, Tuesday and her juju. She was going to miss sharing a path with her, but no reason they still couldn’t be awesome and hangout.

Looking to Star, she shrugs, “I mean, it’s still a shock, and not something to get used to overnight, but it does feel right. Like, I don’t know, like the questions and doubts in my head have been quieted and answered, if that makes sense.” It was a hard thing to put into words. Especially for her, cause words weren’t her specialty.

And then attention took a sharp turn, a piece of paper. She wasn’t there, and had no idea what it could mean or what it changed. But Avis was all into it, so she’ll let her figure it out. Cause yeah, Fate and Time were not her thing anymore, so not much she could help with.

Seeing Camp try and move, a hand immediately went to rest on his shoulder. Her hand was gentle, her head shook a no, not wanting him not to get up. But with the touch came another attempt to heal, and this time, it felt better. It felt like the magic was flowing through her more, like Life had taken notice this time. A wide grin appeared this time, she was clearly happy with herself.

Still a little excited that her spell worked, a smile was flashed to Strix, and with a chuckle, “I hope so. Thankfully you guys went and got your asses kicked, making good practice for me.” She said lightheartedly, not trying to hurt feelings or anything. “Maybe I might have to join you guys on your next time jump, try and keep you guys healed and alive.”

If Tuesday had an Avis grunting a demand like that and shaking in rage? confusion? trembling her terror? She would have threw the paper and dove behind someone. Not Strix. Apparently he's cool as a cucumber. Or just lacks survival instincts. Either way. Avis has the page aaaand thank you Campy. Now the Unicorn doesn't have to ask.

It feels right. S'why she's Tuesday. Can't argue with that feeling of Rightness. Tuesday deflates a little, dismissing her tentative plans to Fate this shit later. Besides, it looks like Faye's really on the ball with the heals.

"Yeah. I would be great to see you on the away team." Encouraging and accepting. Bye-bye Faye the Enchantress. Hello Faye the Shaman.

Now the whole Consilium knows what Who Ate The Last Pudding Avis looks like.

Bluish eyes below the mop were worried. And watching. A distracted nod is offered to Faye. She deserves a better one, because Life, The Tower, and Everything, but. But. But it's still good to know. Good to hear. Especially the way she said it. Questions and Doubts quieted? That's never a bad thing. Better than 'Sure' or 'Okay'.

Besides. What would Faye look like without Life to turn the dial up to Day-Yum ?

Nope. Even with the hamster wheel churning, he's still holding his breath.
