There's a ringing in the air.
Alice frowns, she hadn't been receiving many calls lately, and so the thought of customizing the ring tone to callers had only occurred to her now.
"Hello?"

Victoria was glad that the woman was in a position where she could receive calls, who knew how good reception was underground? She certainly didn't make a habit of testing it out.
"Ms. Hart, It is Dr. Stamford I hope that you are well this evening," she said in friendly greeting.

"I'm doing well Doctor Stamford." Why was Lady Stamford calling her? "I hope you are as well..." should she ask why the venture was calling her?

"That is good to hear," Victoria said pleasantly. "I was wondering if you could stop by my office, there was a proposition that I wished to discuss with you, so it is nothing ominous," finished with a smile in her voice. "When you are free of course."

"Yes. Of course." A position? Was her leading her Clan and Covenant of one an issue with the Seneschal? The Prince? "If your schedule permits, I'm free tonight."
