SACRAMENTO, CALIFORNIA
Authorities say the suspect wanted in connection with the disappearance of four local men has been declared a fugitive by state and federal authorities.

"Kurt Radcliffe" is charged with four counts of first-degree murder after evidence was recovered at his place of business, the Radcliffe Warehouse. DNA testing provided a match for all four missing persons.

Police say the suspect fled and evaded capture during the initial routine investigation. It was later determined that the suspect was using an alias.

The agencies involved in the Radcliffe manhunt now include the Sacramento police departments, California Highway Patrol, as well as the U.S. Marshall's Greater California Fugitive Task Force.
