Under the starry sky, silver light limns the killing field.

A ring of bodies surrounds the Jeep at the bunker's doors, and Alessandra Antinori, Brittany Hastings, David Regan, Garrick Marlon, Juan Cordoba, Katya Harding, Konrad Roth, and Twist slowly work to complete the Reeve's instructions.

Through the darkness, picking their way through the bramble walls and around the fallen, come Josephine Sterling with another woman. Dirty, and ragged clothing that screams both functional and worn, Jacqui Cotouri's face twists into an expression of undisguised hate and anger at the other predators and what they've done to her hive.

Her eyes widen slightly at the sight of the Prince's Archon.

While imagining how the inside of the bunker might be, Katya's attention is taken when the footsteps of josephine bring with it the presence of another. Katya stares for a while when the woman doesn't match any memory. It's when the stranger's face reacts negatively to the presence of the team that Katya realizes this person is new, which means, they are associated with the Bunker.

Katya looks to David with a look of uncertainty, fingers spread as they are ready to tear into the woman but confused given that Josephine does not seem alarmed, in fact, it's clear now that she is leading the woman to them. If David's cloak remains up, Katya sees no reason to lose it now.

assuming that the cloak of shadows is still up, also, going off of the wiki, I didn't write a reaction to Cotouri's beast since it's listed as masked

Why is there a bunker like this in California anyway? World War II? Garrick shrugs as he shifts to look towards the noise of footsteps. It's the Reeve and.. a new face. The pistol rises as Garrick notes the Reeve not maiming the new face. A moments hesitation and the gun falls and is aimed at the ground in front of Garrick instead. Instead Garrick speaks quietly into the mic.

"Reeve brought someone back." And she's pissed, great. But who are those eyes for.

I'm assuming her beast is masked as well as it wasn't called for?

"Hold your fire," Josephine announced as she marched into the clearing with the seemingly unarmed Cotouri.

"This," she continued, nodding towards the other Demon, "is our former prey. Due to a recent discussion we've had, Miss Coutori, here, has agreed to aid our domain so that she might rectify the crimes she has unknowingly committed against it. A fortuitous situation, as there is much we do not know about what the traitor Brady is doing. Thus, I encourage you all to ask any questions of Cotouri that you believe might aid us. Choose wisely, however, for she has informed me that von Schusten is en route, so our time is limited. Also, as a part of our agreement, we shall lay off our attack upon Coutori's chattel."

Though the unfamiliar woman brings no sign of the Beast within, Konrad clenches his jaw when the Reeve informs them of the woman's identity. He sets down what he has in hand and pulls out his gun from its holster despite the reassuring promise of the Reeve. This is the woman responsible for Cody's 'contamination'. The one responsible for the deaths of Dog and Roxie. He has all the excuses he needs to start drilling holes into the mass hypnotist, not that the caliber would do all that much damage. But it would make him feel better.

"I've got a question. Why'd you kill Dog and Roxie Hart?" he asks in a spiteful tone to the supposed 'reformed' Cotouri. There's the nagging feeling that this cease-fire might be a ruse, that the Reeve might have been compromised by the skilled mental manipulations of their enemy.

Brittany was standing around the group as they worked on figuring out a way to get into the bunker after the chemicals took effect when the groups attention was drawn to Josephine's arrival, as well as the unknown companion. Expecting the unexpected she remained alert until it is explained who the woman is. After the explanation all Brittany can think is, Oops, too late. She wondered how well the chemicals were working. She had blocked off her vent and she imagined Konrad had completed the task as well. Had Josephine before speaking with this Cotouri? Well it was probably future Brittany's problem.

Unfortunately she had no questions she could think of, and so instead listened to Konrad's and any others that would be asked. She would focus on being ready for this 'von Schusten's' arrival.

Turning the sound of Josephine and Cotouri's approach, Twist truly only watches the one approach.

Still standing loosely, her body ready to react in an instant, she doesn't look away as Cotouri's gaze lands on her. Meeting it squarely, she listens to the Reeve talk without looking at her.

Even when Konrad roughly speaks up with his first question, she doesn't take her eyes away from the scuffed up figure the Reeve has now claimed as an ally.

Seeing her Cousin and others attention shift, Ale follows their gaze. The Beast of Josephine raises her owns hackles in challenge, but it was quickly silenced. The other? Well, now that was an interesting turn of events.

People, especially Kindred, don't just 'change sides'. This ragged woman needed to be watched, and closely. But if they were to be questioning her, shouldn't it be done on their turf, not hers? Something didn't sit right.

"Why suddenly decide to give us information?" asked the Italian, the weight of her guns giving her comfort.

So this is Cotouri. Cordoba regard the woman with intense eyes. The mission had very quickly changed into something entirely unexpected. He heard the terms of condition. Still, there was a nagging fear in his mind. He reminded his fellow Kindred, "While we may have a temporary ceasefire, I would encourage that we remain vigilant."

If Cody's...incident...demonstrated anything, the situation had to be addressed carefully.
